By far the best tavern in the center of Parma. Unique and authentic flavours, quality and care of the dishes which always remain very high over time. For those who complain about the prices, there is always McDonald's waiting for them.

On Saturday 5/10, during a weekend in Parma, we entered the restaurant as we were attracted by the environment which, in its simplicity, seemed to hide happy surprises. So it turned out. We tasted some of the dear's specialties which recall the peasant tradition of the Parma area, obviously revisited by the chef. Laura welcomed us to whom I express my appreciation for the courtesy used to present the menu. The costs are right. The choice of wine was correct for what I tasted although I would have preferred local wine. I recommend it

I would define it as a wine cellar/sandwich shop for fine palates including wines... A place that takes you away from embarrassment thanks to the precise but informal service. Obviously we can't help but go back by booking because it has few seats and this is a strong point, thus being able to take care of the dishes ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gironzolando per il centro di Parma mi ha colpita questo piccolo locale con tavolini all'aperto. La signora che parlava coi clienti ha attirato la mia attenzione e ho deciso di sedermi. Vivendo all'estero non ho molte occasioni di mangiare crudo di Parma, coppa o parmigiano stagionato. Il tagliere comprendeva anche formaggi freschi e semistagionati di capra, salami e pancetta meravigliosi. E una marmellata di cipolle rosse che vorrei saper preparare così! A fine pasto la signora mi ha semplicemente chiesto "Metto su la moca?" e il mio cuore si è sciolto!

Small hole in the wall, very cute cozy atmosphere. Super friendly owners! The food is simple yet delicious, and a very interesting original selection of wines. Loved it!!
