We found this place by chance.
The owner (lady) she was very good at patiently communicating with us, as we asked lots of questions about the menu, ingredients, wine, etc 🙈
We enjoyed every minute and every bite of the meal. Tried horse meat (tartare) for the first time. Also we drunk two different glass of wine as she recommended for the two different meals.
So glad that our last dinner was with them in Parma.

A nice discovery on a very hot tourist Saturday in Parma. Found by chance, attracted by the wisteria and the shade, we spent a pleasant stop and enjoyed an excellent platter of cheeses and cured meats accompanied by ice-cold beer. I find this place quaint and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Gironzolando per il centro di Parma mi ha colpita questo piccolo locale con tavolini all'aperto. La signora che parlava coi clienti ha attirato la mia attenzione e ho deciso di sedermi. Vivendo all'estero non ho molte occasioni di mangiare crudo di Parma, coppa o parmigiano stagionato. Il tagliere comprendeva anche formaggi freschi e semistagionati di capra, salami e pancetta meravigliosi. E una marmellata di cipolle rosse che vorrei saper preparare così! A fine pasto la signora mi ha semplicemente chiesto "Metto su la moca?" e il mio cuore si è sciolto!

Small hole in the wall, very cute cozy atmosphere. Super friendly owners! The food is simple yet delicious, and a very interesting original selection of wines. Loved it!!

We were looking for an inexpensive place to have lunch and we decided to enter Parma!
Finally, we will eat on the terrace in this pretty cute and very local little restaurant with a great discovery of Italian panini.
Yes, the service is not fast but we had time and we ate really well for a very reasonable price.
The Italian sausage paninis convinced us and we saved the place for a future visit to the area.

Very special place. Liked it a lot for not being too touristy. The menu certainly has some finer things on it that may not be for everyone but we really enjoyed it. The philosophy of slow cooking is lived here and that shows also in quality over quantity. Prices are fair for what you get and the quality produce they use to cook.
