Excellent selection of ingredients and tasty dishes. The recommended wines were a pleasant surprise. Laura and Lorenzo are kind, welcoming, and fun to meet adults, children, medium-sized children, and even furry friends!

This is a superb little restaurant that boasts the "slow food" label. So come and take your time, and you won't regret it. The food is delicious and the staff is charming!
There are a few vegetarian options.

Everything was perfect. We tried the tomato sauce with bread and burrata, the butter with anchovies, and the horse tartar, and we couldn't go wrong. High-quality products and a very pleasant location. The service was perfect. We'll be back.

Authentic place with top-level cuisine. The owner is very passionate and it shows. The passion is reflected in the dishes that are carefully prepared and with great attention to the raw materials. Very good, highly recommended.

I have been traveling Emilia Romagna for 4 weeks and have had great food but its the first post I am writting because this cute little restaurant really blew me away. Its not the great food which is really great, its the whole thing. When people talk about amazing experiences when dinning some place, well for me it was that type of experience. The owners make you feel so at home. Even the music could not have been better (70s and 80s). Thank you Tra L'uss e L'asa for a memorable experience!

My husband and I absolutely loved everything about this place.
It is a slow food restaurant this is because the owner really takes her time to explain the menu.
Also, her knowledge of wine is outstanding. Because of this, we just trusted her to pick the wines, and they were delicious.
The atmosphere and quirkiness of this restaurant are unique in a great way.
The food is outstanding, including a 27 month old Parmesan which was incredible.
I would 100% recommend visiting Tra L'uss e L'asa.
It was hands down our favourite restaurant on our 10 day trip to Northern Italy.

We spotted this restaurant whilst walking past when it was closed. We just had a good vibe about it and went back when it opened.
It was such a brilliant evening on every level. The owner was extremely patient with us explaining the menu.
We then asked for the wine list, and she said, "I am the wine list."
You just had this feeling you could trust her. We were right she chose two delicious wines with a great depth of flavour. Her knowledge was excellent.
The quality of ingredients and taste of the food was outstanding.
We had a selection of meats and cheeses. The parmesan cheese was 27 months old.
I had cod in a tomato sauce, and my husband had slow cooked beef with potato and courgettes. We both loved our meal.
If you want slow food cooked with passion, brilliant natural good service, and a lovely atmosphere, then you will love this place. The playlist is absolutely brilliant as well.
We had visited, Turin, Bologna, Ferrari and Parma.
Tra L'uss e L'asa was a handsome down favourite with us both.

È la prima volta che visitavamo Parma e prima di arrivare avevamo guardato un po' dove potevamo pranzare, come prima scelta avevamo optato per questo ristorante e le aspettative non sono state affatto deluse!!
Il locale è piccolino ma curato ed intimo, non avendo prenotato c'era posto solo fuori, ma questo sarà un motivo per tornare! Il menu propone diversi piatti particolari, noi abbiamo preso una fetta di torta Pasqualina da dividere e un panino a testa: uno con il lesso e l'altro con la battuta di salame. Tutto buonissimo!! Due calici di lambrusco, una bottiglia d'acqua e due caffè. In totale abbiamo speso 48€.
Se dovessimo tornare a Parma molto probabilmente torneremo per assaggiare altri piatti e per la gentilezza e disponibilità della signora che ci ha servito al tavolo.

Questo è uno dei posti che confermano la mia convenzione che in Italia si mangia (e si beve) come da nessun'altra parte al mondo. Non è
una questione di "stelle" o di creatività (talvolta esagerata, fine a se stessa) ma di solide basi nella cucina regionale (anzi nelle cucine, al plurale, visto che il mio piatto di chiamava "viaggio al sud") e nei migliori prodotti del territorio. Non è un ristorante o una trattoria con menù chilometrici, è un posto piccolo (lo chiamerei "osteria con cucina") ma estremamente accogliente, con 7/8 piatti caldi, panini "gourmet" e taglieri di salumi e formaggi eccellenti. Essendo sera ci siamo orientati su due piatti di pasta diverse, entrambe eccellenti, e mio figlio sulla zuppa con il lampredotto che l'ha entusiasmato. Come detto, eccellenti anche il salame cotto e il tagliere iniziali e i dolci alla fine. Abbiamo chiesto due calici ma il vino proposto era talmente buono che ci siamo fatti lasciare la bottiglia sul tavolo. Gentilezza, affabilità e tanta competenza, unite a un più che corretto rapporto qualità / prezzo.
