Amazing experience at Toto Restaurant in Rome! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Italian flavors, and everything was fresh and well prepared. What really made the experience special was the service — Arturo and Elham were incredible. Both were so kind, attentive, and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

We ordered tartare, pasta Bolognese, and pasta Carbonara for our meal at this place. The pasta Carbonara was very tasty at other places in Rome; I didn't really like it, but here it was fantastic! The pasta Bolognese was also delicious and a good portion, but the tartare was a bit lackluster (it wasn't bland, not salty, not spicy, just sliced, and that's all I'm taking off one star for).

When they say food is better in Italy this is what they mean! Went last July and it was the best experience, the staff were so friendly even recognising me and my girlfriend when we went back the next day :)

Artù wins you over at first sight, with a smile that lights up the entire restaurant, and he makes you feel at home with his constant attention, so much so that you can't help but come back... A welcoming and elegant venue in the heart of Rome, ideal for a relaxing dinner in a refined and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the cuisine is immediately apparent: the homemade pasta is excellent, well-crafted and enhanced by balanced toppings, while the desserts truly deserve a special mention, delicious and prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: professional, fast, and always friendly, making guests feel at ease without ever being intrusive. An overall very positive experience, definitely worth repeating.

A refined and welcoming restaurant on Via delle Carrozze, in the heart of Rome's historic center. The cuisine stands out for its quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The rosemary-flavored beef steak was excellent: incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and with an intense aroma that enhanced the flavor. The fresh fish was also excellent, prepared simply and with respect for the ingredients, a sign of great attention to detail and expertise in the kitchen. The service was professional and prompt, helping make the dinner a pleasant and successful experience. A highly recommended place in central Rome.

Tourist from Norway. We had not booked a table. Felt like We were intruding. Ordered a aperitf and some food. After 5 minutes the main meal arrived. No questions about wine or anything. The food was very good. But the service was horrible.
