Toto In Roma

One of the best restaurants that one can eat in the center of Rome. Excellent service, everyone is kind, the food is wonderful and the dessert is magical!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Very good environment, good food and very good sweets

The carbonara with truffle was good! The pasta with pesto came cold. We asked why and they said at because that’s how they serve it. The waiter kindly took it back 2 times to make it warm. The zucchini was full of fried oil. I would recommend the carbonara.

After the first visit to the restaurant, without finishing dinner, we decided to immediately book for the next day. Very friendly welcome. Clean. You can immediately see that they are preparing with love. Beef with rosemary is divine. Baked potatoes mmm... I strongly recommend trying the signature dessert.

In the center after the holidays. Still lights, few people around. You enjoy the calm after the frenzy, the nativity scenes still not dismantled. It's evening and you're starting to get a bit hungry... there's a lot on offer. The side streets of Via del Corso are beautiful. Via delle Carrozze my favorite. I choose a modern place but open since 1922 Totò.. subtitle: "the king of half portions".. of course!! The restaurant (not the original one) from Ettore Scola's film "We loved each other so much" with Gassman, Manfredi Satta Flores - Music by Trivajoli. The dining room manager Arturo welcomes me, totally in gray, with the classic waiter's coat. A big Egyptian man, smiling... he looks like he came out of a Walt Disney film (Lady and the Tramp). He immediately puts me at ease. I'm craving traditional Roman cuisine that I've been missing for some time. I'll take the classic: Boiled meatballs with. green sauce with mayonnaise and the legendary Roman artichoke. I am offered an orisecchio and Arturo with his open smile under his mustache keeps an eye on me. The girl who follows me is very good. He asks me if everything is to my liking. How not to be? Perfect meatballs, super artichoke... Finally traditional cuisine... and not touristy ones! I can't have dessert. The place is well looked after, perfect equipment... and a lot of competence in the kitchen and in the dining room. I greet Arturo, an always smiling Egyptian from Alexandria (of Egypt) and I promise to return. There is so much on the menu still to be tasted. I walk through the alleys of my Rome, in my ears I hear Trovajoli's music, the ones he composed for his Rome... It seems like a dream.. Highly recommended place in the center!

The most amazing fresh food! Arturo was so welcoming to us tourists and it had a great local feel! We were delighted!

I ate an Amatriciana which was spectacular, not to mention the service; the waiter Arturo was very approachable and helpful. I will definitely go back
