Toto alle Carrozze never disappoints, and every visit is a real pleasure for the palate. The dish "La Regina" is simply divine, a perfect combination of flavors that enhances Italian cuisine. The Roman pinsa is a masterpiece, light and crunchy at the right point, with very high quality condiments. I cannot fail to mention the carbonara, which here reaches absolute perfection: creamy, tasty, and with the bacon that melts in your mouth. And finally, the desserts are a real treat for the soul: the cheesecake is velvety and rich, while the mojito sorbet is an explosion of freshness. Great credit goes to the waiter Arturo, who with his impeccable service, his professionalism and his friendliness made each of our visits special. Arturo is the soul of the restaurant, always attentive and ready to recommend the best. Thanks to him, every meal becomes an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!

I have had the pleasure of dining at Totò several times in Rome, and I must say that the experience has been simply exceptional every time. The food is of the highest quality and prepared with fresh ingredients. But what really made the difference was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly and professional. A special thanks goes to Arturo, who as always welcomed us with a genuine smile and rare kindness. If you are looking for a restaurant where the excellence of the food is combined with a very high level of service, Totò alle Carrozze is a safe choice. One of the best meals we had in Rome, Fettuccine with mushrooms, Veal Saltimbuca, Veal Osso Buca with Risotto, good wine and Espresso Martini, highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, calm atmosphere. We had the steak with porcini (which was simply perfect) and the papardella con ragu which I can highly recommend! Will visit again on my next trip to Rome.

I was looking for a nearby restaurant and liked the mood on the terrace. I enjoyed every menu and they were very friendly and cooked delicious food when I asked them to change the menu to risotto. It's like a family-run restaurant and it’s feels a really warm Italian experience.
