Amazing experience at Toto Restaurant in Rome! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Italian flavors, and everything was fresh and well prepared. What really made the experience special was the service — Arturo and Elham were incredible. Both were so kind, attentive, and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

We ordered tartare, pasta Bolognese, and pasta Carbonara for our meal at this place. The pasta Carbonara was very tasty at other places in Rome; I didn't really like it, but here it was fantastic! The pasta Bolognese was also delicious and a good portion, but the tartare was a bit lackluster (it wasn't bland, not salty, not spicy, just sliced, and that's all I'm taking off one star for).

Toto is a restaurant so central, in the heart of Rome, that its location might lead you to believe it's a classic tourist spot, where bad food is more than expected... Instead, it's a well-established management - for generations (since 1922), that takes extraordinary care of its customers and makes its Roman culinary tradition its flagship. In a warm and welcoming setting, you can enjoy succulent dishes expertly crafted with excellent ingredients, by expert and attentive hands... everything is delicious, from the artichoke with puntarelle, to cacio e pepe, to amatriciana, to lamb, to ossobuco; and the desserts, truly noteworthy... you wish they'd never end. But the difference is in the service!!! Arturo welcomes you, known to his friends as Artù, the manager, a skilled, attentive, efficient, insightful, and exquisitely kind professional. Artù wins you over at first sight, with a smile that lights up the entire restaurant, and he makes you feel at home with his constant attention, so much so that you can't help but come back... Three days in Rome, Three days at Artù's... Impossible to change!!! Thank you Artù, thank you "TOTO," a Roman experience to repeat again and again... like the last three days! A welcoming and elegant venue in the heart of Rome, ideal for a relaxing dinner in a refined and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the cuisine is immediately apparent: the homemade pasta is excellent, well-crafted and enhanced by balanced toppings, while the desserts truly deserve a special mention, delicious and prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: professional, fast, and always friendly, making guests feel at ease without ever being intrusive. An overall very positive experience, definitely worth repeating.

A refined and welcoming restaurant on Via delle Carrozze, in the heart of Rome's historic center. The cuisine stands out for its quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The rosemary-flavored beef steak was excellent: incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and with an intense aroma that enhanced the flavor. The fresh fish was also excellent, prepared simply and with respect for the ingredients, a sign of great attention to detail and expertise in the kitchen. The service was professional and prompt, helping make the dinner a pleasant and successful experience. A highly recommended place in central Rome.

Tourist from Norway. We had not booked a table. Felt like We were intruding. Ordered a aperitf and some food. After 5 minutes the main meal arrived. No questions about wine or anything. The food was very good. But the service was horrible.

The restaurant's food service is excellent; the pasta is very fresh, with just the right amount of quality. The wine cellar offers reserve wines at reasonable prices. Arturo and Mónica provide friendly and welcoming service. The images of past artists are also a point of interest. It's an experience geared towards everyone, locals and visitors alike, without resorting to cheap tourist traps.
