Great place, close to the station and the center

Excellent location (just 2 minutes walk from the train station)! Ideal for visiting Florence and its surroundings, avoiding the chaos of the city. Functional, spacious and welcoming rooms, with excellent standards also in terms of cleanliness. A special mention to the enchanting garden overlooking the back: a small green oasis in which to have a chat or relax at the end of the day.

The place is really nice, furnished with taste and attention to detail which makes the environment welcoming and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable, every corner of the accommodation was perfectly clean and well looked after. One of the strong points of this place is certainly its strategic position: it is a few steps from the station, which makes it extremely convenient for those traveling by train. Additionally, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, with several dining and shopping options nearby. Despite the proximity to the station, the accommodation is quiet and allows you to rest without any disturbance.

A few kilometers from Florence, we were able to experience once again, together with friends visiting our area, a culinary experience of the highest level, with a wise use of the fabulous Tuscan tradition expertly revisited in an elegant and modern key. Not to mention the rooms, which are certainly functional and equipped with all the comforts capable of allowing guests comfort and relaxation, all accompanied by a service that is truly attentive to the most particular needs and desires of the customer. In a word...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Simple and welcoming inn, well-kept rooms and very kind staff! The restaurant also offers excellent Tuscan cuisine. We had a really good time, highly recommended!

Historic inn in Pontassieve, 50 meters from the train station and all other services. In the historic center of Pontassieve, just twenty minutes from Florence, it is the ideal place for tourists who want to go to the city but also experience a relationship with the hills of the Limotrophic countryside and Chianti Rufina. Very good structure, exceptional value for money.

Welcoming and familiar structure, which enjoys an excellent position, as it is easily reachable on foot from the station and close to the village of Pontassieve. The rooms are clean and spacious, while the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend the Locanda, also for the value for money it offers.
