From bad to worse. I'm leaving this review after the third poor service. The savory food isn't bad, the desserts and pastries are good, but what's really lacking is the service. Ask them to reheat the deli products, they say yes, and they give them to you cold. The first time is fine, but three consecutive times is unacceptable. Years ago, it was a given, but from now on...never again.

I attended an event and was satisfied. The service was impeccable, attentive, and always available. The menu was also very good. A pleasant experience from start to finish: kudos to the staff for their professionalism and attention to detail.

18/12/2025: I discovered Serpente Rosso through a friend named Luigi Sarubbi. The decor and staff are top-notch, and the service is incredibly friendly from start to finish. The owner is also very friendly. We had a wonderful meal at what I consider a reasonable price for a fine dining restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. I can't wait to return soon. Now we can travel better!
