Nice restaurant with good food. But portions are HUGE!

We came for lunch because this restaurant had been recommended to us, and we were truly delighted. We chose the €20 business menu, with generous portions and excellent value. The pizzoccheri were truly delicious; we weren't expecting it, but we loved it. The pasta all'amatriciana was also very flavorful and plentiful. For main courses, we had a cutlet with fries and a roast beef with peperonata: both were excellent, especially the cutlet, which was nice and crispy on the outside and very tasty. The staff was extremely friendly, and the young man who served us was truly helpful and courteous. The place is very charming, with both indoor and outdoor seating. We ate outside, and in our opinion, it was the best choice. The bill was more than reasonable, the food excellent, and the service pleasant. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Excellent cuisine, nice and welcoming atmosphere

100/10 restaurant in Como. We had the most wonderful dinner here tonight for my Mom’s birthday. The restaurant is really cozy with a beautiful terrace and it feels really local, unlike all those tourist trap places you find all over the lake. The antipasto was super abundant and had the best fiori di zucca we ever had. All three pastas we tried were flavorful, specially the ragu and the pizzocheri, which both were to die for. We also ordered the stracotto di ganassino with polenta, absolutely amazing, and they even served us a bigger portion with no extra cost nor us asking because we were three to share which felt really generous. Both desserts were light, pretty good and tasted 100% homemade. We’d also like to remark the politeness and kindness of the waiters. Sadly, this was our last night in Como, because if we were to stay a few more days, we would have come back to this restaurant without doubt.

Family dinner on a Friday night. Last available spot along the street in front of the restaurant, so we were lucky. Since it was our first time, we hated the four tasting menus, which seemed modest on the surface, but by the end of the dinner, we were all full. Complimentary prosecco, a summer appetizer, three first courses, two second courses, and a choice of dessert, two bottles of wine, and unlimited water—for €50 per person, I thought it was a good deal. The food was good, but the service, unfortunately, was a bit sketchy; we had to repeat simple requests for water, change of cutlery, etc., to different people twice. Final verdict: satisfied, we'll definitely return.

Well-kept restaurant and very friendly staff. The food was all EXCELLENT; we especially recommend the polenta concia and pizzoccheri. Fairly priced. We'll definitely be back!!!

A charming restaurant with excellent dishes and very friendly service!

Service, food & ambiance was really nice. The guy helped us perfectly with a table and some tips. But again the food also was amazing
