We traveled for 3 weeks in europe and this was by far the best experience we had of all the restaurants. I can't spell our servers name but it means Honey. Thanks for your great service.

Truly an excellent experience. Welcoming place, helpful staff, always smiling. Excellent food, and reasonably priced. The focaccia is a real highlight.

"Tira e Molla" was a real discovery, especially for the warm welcome that makes you feel right at home. The staff is young, attentive, and highly trained. A special shout-out to Margherita: she was incredibly kind, took care of our every need (including intolerances!), and was truly proactive about what to order and the pairings. Service makes all the difference, trust me! And the food? Delicious! We loved the pan-fried tonnarelli, a real treat. The only downside: be prepared to wander around the parking lot a bit; it's not the most convenient. Rating: Top-notch for service and cuisine. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful lunch at Tira e Molla. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English. I ordered the cacio e pepe and Chardonnay and had a wonderful afternoon. I would recommend the focaccia bread which was warm, fresh, and delicious. Certainly worth checking out if you’re in the area!
