One of the best ice cream shops in Udine. The seasonal flavor changes are lovely, allowing you to try truly unusual flavors alongside the classics. Every time I pass through Udine, a stop at Timballo is a must.

Truly delicious ice cream!!! I had zabaglione with caramelized pine nuts and tiramisu...creamy, tasty, just the right amount of sweet, and above all, all the people at the counter were so kind and smiling.

07/06/2026: A wonderful and welcoming place, very kind waiters (Domenico, Elena and Gaetano). I was sorry to eat those works of art in the form of food. The chef/waiter (Massimo) is always friendly; you can tell he enjoys his job since he sings all the time. A cellar with at least 1000 different labels; not to forget the gin luce, a delight for the palate. The price is very fair compared to the quality, perhaps even low. If you are in Udine, I recommend this wonderful place to spend a quiet evening with friends and family.
05/06/2026: Excellent food in terms of taste and appearance, friendly staff and prices that fully correspond to what is offered.
