16/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, highly recommended. The owner, Elena, is incredibly kind. The dishes include both meat and fish, as well as local specialties. The black ravioli with clams and frico, a traditional dish, are highly recommended.
13/04/2026: I found this place on the recommendation of an acquaintance who had frequented it before and raved about it. It was a business/leisure dinner, and luckily I found a table, even though I hadn't booked. A whole new world opened up, filled with warmth and friendliness, a relaxed atmosphere, simple yet with a hint of sophistication. We had a superb dinner, all following the owner's recommendations, with whom we spent a long time afterward, finding common ground and convivial conversations. The chef, the owner's husband, also joined us, and we also exchanged various topics, almost as if we'd known each other for a long time. It's always a pleasure to see the person preparing the dishes face to face; for me, it's a real added value. Typical Friulian dishes with a slight twist, presented with aesthetic attention, excellent aromas, and a very reasonable price. If I have the chance to return to Palmanova, it will certainly be my destination. I didn't take any photos, unlike what I usually do, so as not to distract from the context, so I can't upload them.
