Splendid place, service and food up to expectations! Second time I go there and I can't help but think about the next one! The walk in the park on the lake is also nice.

Great restaurant with a special atmosphere right on the lake! Staff, food and price/performance are really good! Warmest recommendation for a memorable evening at the lake (even with a dog)! We'll definitely be back!

And yes, it is true. The appearance, setting, service, place, atmosphere are all at a high level. It's a pity that the most important thing, the food, is not as good as the rest.
I'll start with my dishes, I had Foie Gras for a starter and it was a good choice. I ate this dish for the second time in my life and I liked it (the first time I ate Foie Gras was literally a week earlier in Strasbourg at the Vinistrada restaurant and Strasbourg definitely wins). The main course is Polpo Croccante. Two pieces of octopus that were supposed to be crispy 🤔🤔🤔
One piece was like chewing gum, the other was a bit better, but overall, this dish made me decide to eat polpo soon, no matter which restaurant.
Of the other dishes my friends ordered, lamb was not the worst, but it was missing something.
Pak Choi appetizer, I don't understand this dish. The taste was poor and the cabbage was hard and difficult to cut.
Good tartare.

Wir haben den Wein-Club mit Champagner-Begleitung gebucht und es war von Anfang bis Ende ein herrliches Erlebnis. Es begann damit, dass uns der wunderschöne Tisch auf der kleinen Empore zugewiesen wurde: schön diskret mit herrlichem Seeblick. Dann begleitete uns der F&B Manager durch den ganzen Abend und stellte die verschiedenen Champagner fachkundig vor. Aber natürlich hat der Küchenchef Enrico wesentlich zum gelungenen Abend beigetragen. Alle Gänge waren ein Gedicht. Wir sind seit Jahren Gäste und werden es bleiben.

Terrace for eating in a prime location by the lake. Very friendly service staff. The food is a bit expensive, but the ambience is definitely worth it.

Essen war geschmacklich lecker. Leider war die Absprache Service - Küche nicht optimal. Einmal wurde versehentlich nochmals eine Portion Bruschetta gebracht und das falsche Bier. Öfters mussten wir Nachfragen wo z.B. der Toast zum Tartar bliebt (dabei wollte die Bedienung bereits den Teller 2x abräumen), der Kaffee, etc. Beobachtet haben wir, dass die Bedienungen Tische gesucht hat, bis das Essen am richtigen Ort war. Falsche Speisekarte ausgehändigt bekommen, worauf eine lautstarke Diskussion unter den Angestellten folgte. Für den Preis erwarten wir professionelleres.

Our family has been vacationing on Lake Maggiore for decades and I was happy to realize that I hadn't known the most beautiful restaurant until my birthday this year. (Atmosphere 7 stars!!)
From the reservation to the little gift for our birthday and the warm farewell, we were treated very courteously by the staff who always “
friendly, flexible and competent employees. The chairs and “tabletop” were very comfortable and elegantly functional. Unfortunately, the recommendations were not presented to us before we ordered, along with the menu, which we discovered at neighboring tables during the course of the evening.
The food was very tasty but from my perspective as a trained chef with several years of experience in the gourmet sector, there is still room for improvement. The dishes are cooked authentically (except for the sea fish, which do not correspond to the 0km radius concept), but there is a little lack of finesse in the presentation (“plating”) and quantity comparison in quantitative terms.
Example: I had oven-baked lamb with my cousin. In my opinion, the lamb chop should correspond to the beauty of the restaurant, be elegantly shaped, have the bones cleaned out a little and have a little more of the fat trimmed. Maybe it would help to incorporate the whole piece with herbs (from your own garden) and then season it at the end. In terms of quantity, you could save on the budget and only serve one of the generous racks per person and offer individual chops as a “supplement” if you are very hungry. The side dishes consisting of sautéed and deliciously buttery spinach and unfortunately less convincing baked potato wedges were suitable, but I would substitute the starch. Maybe with a caramelized polenta cake from the region or something similar, it's easy to prepare and keep on “mise en place”. It would showcase the craft of cooking more.
Next time I visit I will focus on the local fish dishes.
The desserts were very beautiful, innovative, balanced and delicious!
It was also very friendly and refreshing to have a short conversation with the lady of the house, for which we would like to thank you again, as well as the entire team and the attentive people in charge. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend Ristorante Tiffany!

Buoy 50€ is a rip-off
Ambiance is very nice. Service tried very hard sometimes but still off.
Tartar too roughly cut and too expensive.
Fish tartare also too coarse and completely tasteless.
Water is twice as expensive as elsewhere in Italy.
Charging €50 for a buoy when you eat something in a restaurant for €700 is beyond cheeky. Does the parking space for customers also cost €20? If anything, 10-20€ is ok, but after all, you come as a customer. Therefore never again by boat. Something like that has to be spread and avoided. It's a shame
