Tico Tico In Meta

We were there with a group of five. During our five-day stay in Meta, we ate there three times. The pasta was incredibly delicious and, in my opinion, the best I've ever eaten in Italy. The carbonara is highly recommended! The location right on the sea is breathtaking. Therefore, I recommend coming in the evening to enjoy a wonderfully delicious pasta while watching the sunset and listening to the sound of the waves. The staff was always friendly and attentive. For the small town of Meta, this is an absolutely outstanding restaurant and a must-visit for any pasta lover! If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back.

Friendly service, excellent food, fair prices

Excellent! The best restaurant I ate at on this trip. Everything was very fresh and the prices were reasonable.

A very cozy restaurant with friendly service. We ate the best pizzas here, but the Trofeo dello Chef is also very tasty and highly recommended.

A wonderful restaurant beautifully located right on Meta Beach — with both a panoramic upper floor and a lovely terrace by the sea. The setting is absolutely charming, especially at sunset. The menu is very diverse, the dishes are well portioned, fresh, and nicely prepared. Prices are what you’d expect in a touristic seaside location, but at least here you truly get full value for what you pay. We liked it so much that we came back twice during our stay !

update 22.10.2025: i was so impressed by the posted apology by the owner that we went there again today. yesterday i was already so stressed out by tourist scammers in sorrento that i thought this restaurant was one of those. but not at all! apologising alone already shows greatness of one character but they also went further and proved generosity by treating us to dinner completely. thank you so so much 🙏 i'm so moved... the food was really really good, especially the pizza and oh the espresso! would love to visit again anytime. highly recommend 👍👍👍💪 21.10.2025 my mom and i ordered 1L water (3€), 1 glas house wine (5€), 1x polipo all'insalata (15€), 1x trofie dello chef (14€) and 1x Baba (?€) and they charged us 61!!! euros!!! when i realised it, it was too late. be careful guys, this is deception.

Everything was spectacular, from the appetizers to the first course and finally the desserts.

This is one of the loveliest places I've been, the food is true Italian and delicious. The hosts are the main course, kind and relaxing atmosphere it looks built into a cave and the people are just so lovely. Spaghetti bologniese was delicious and the pizza. A lovely experience for food and family friendly and romantic at the same time
