Tibet In Stelvio

Amazing view, great food and easy to reach.

We were only here briefly for a coffee, but the atmosphere is truly special. So high up, the spirits of the countless cyclists who made it, the many motorcycles, and of course, the view. We were also lucky with the weather, I must say. And we actually met some skiers who were obviously training on the nearby glacier. And there's hardly anywhere closer to the Ortler (unless you go up there ;-))

Considering how short the tourist season is on the Stelvio, it's only natural that you'll be skinned alive by the costs...

We stayed at the Tibet Hut from the 16th to the 18th. A perfect weekend. We received a very warm welcome. The room was quite new, and you immediately felt at home. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for the location. Breakfast was also decent and plentiful. We were lucky enough to experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Thanks to the entire team at the Tibet Hut for the pleasant weekend. Greetings from Lucas and Christian from Germany

The location couldn't be better, the food and service are excellent, and you can even stay there—although I didn't! Sitting on the terrace, world-class!

Thanks to the Tibet team for going out of their way to find me a room at Vitoro's at the Pegoro Hotel Restaurant below... I arrived late and they took good care of me. A big thank you... and your beer is very good!!!!😉
