I would definitely recommend this place

We spent a wonderful evening at the Thurnerhof. The atmosphere is cozy, authentic, and typically South Tyrolean—perfect for ending the day with a good meal. The food is of the highest quality, freshly prepared, and full of flavor. We were particularly impressed by the combination of traditional dishes with subtle, modern touches. The wine selection is also excellent and perfectly complements the meal. The service was warm, attentive, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive—you immediately feel at home. Anyone traveling in Schenna or the surrounding area shouldn't miss an evening at the Thurnerhof. Highly recommended!

Very cozy, appropriate furnishings, delicious food. We were there at the beginning of our vacation and absolutely had to go back on the last evening because we really enjoyed it. A very friendly host who takes time for his guests even in the most stressful of times and enjoys sharing a laugh with them. We'd love to come back again!

It was a very nice evening, we had an excellent meal, the service was very friendly and professional, and the ambience was outstanding.

We were fortunate enough to dine in this historic building with its lovingly decorated ambiance! The Schlutzkrapfen (scraps) are highly recommended, currently served with chanterelle mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. The dumpling trio, which was made vegetarian upon request, and the veal strips were also a delight! Our evening was rounded off with a delicious tiramisu. We had a Merano Merlot-Lagrein to accompany it, which went perfectly with the meal. Thank you for the delicious and unforgettable experience! We'd love to come back.

Highly recommended but please book a table as it is very busy

The food was of very high quality, but also very expensive and served in insufficient quantities. I was also surprised that an additional €2.50 surcharge was added for each set of cutlery. Service was friendly. The term "inn" in the traditional sense, with large portions and hearty food, doesn't apply in this case. I wouldn't go back.

Great starters and great main courses.

Well, I'd say it's worth the drive. Traditional dishes are well-prepared and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is unique and truly charming. Definitely worth a try.
