Location from another time. Truly evocative. Informal, efficient and accommodating service. I expected something more from the goulash (hard and not very tasty), but the rest was excellent. Rabbit.

Old renovated farm, typical environment with typical South Tyrolean food with a wonderful smokehouse room. Absolutely worth trying! Very friendly and helpful staff.

If you want to eat well, this is definitely the right place for you. The price is quite high. The wines are actually too expensive (1/2 liter 24 EUR). The prices for the food are high but just okay. Small thing to complain about: The stems of the rocket were not completely removed and the red cabbage was boringly tasteless. The food is still good - but considering the prices it should be even better. Service is very important here – clearly! It doesn't get any better. I was also surprised by the tiny toilet. To be honest, the lights in the dining area are too bright or too white. My tip would be to use lamps with less white light (different Kelvin value), then it will be more comfortable. The music in the background was very well chosen and had a positive influence on the atmosphere. I give it 4 stars because it is definitely a very good restaurant, but too expensive.

Excellent food, very good and attentive service and a great ambience in the former smokehouse, one of the various restaurants. The food is excellent and fresh with regional or. seasonal specialties prepared. We went there a total of 3 times during our 5-day vacation at the end of September 2024. Simply brilliant, we can only warmly recommend this restaurant and we would go there again in a heartbeat on our next holiday in Schenna. Special thanks go to the tenant Thomas.

Were there for the first time, but definitely not the last. Great inn on the northern edge of Schenna in a great ambience, the building dates back to the 15th century. Very attentive service, small but very fine menu with regional products. The starters alone (venison carpaccio and German trout) were a poem. For the main course we chose South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen with spinach filling and the chicken cordon bleu with fried potatoes. (The best fried potatoes I've ever eaten!) The wine pairing was a Gewürztraminer. All in all, an excellent meal, highly recommended! 5 stars!

Unique restaurant in Schenna. You feel welcome and completely comfortable. Great service and excellent food.

Always a nice experience. We were very pleased that it was open again. After explaining the boss are convinced of the current opening times. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Come back next year.
