The burgers were amazing!! Fries could have been more crispy and salty but with cheddar sauce they were okay. Staff was were lovely and they let us to charge our phones in the bar :)

The sandwich was good, no complaints there, but not as exceptional as I remembered it a few years ago. The fries were a bit undercooked. Unfortunately, either there's no ventilation or it doesn't work, so when you leave, you literally smell like fried food. Plus, with the dining room empty (about 10 seats), we were seated at the tiny table next to the bathroom. €46 for two, including two sandwiches, two fries, a Coke, and a beer. Takeout might be better.

14/03/2026: I ate lunch with my family on a Saturday and it was an unforgettable experience: the atmosphere was familiar and relaxed, everything was meticulously prepared, and the flavors were unique. And then we ate divinely: Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, Colonnata lard served on black bread drizzled with honey. And then we had fabulous main courses: strips of fillet steak with artichokes, a three-week-aged Florentine steak for two, and a veal cutlet fried in clarified butter. All washed down with an excellent house Montepulciano. We paid around €50 each, a perfectly reasonable price for quality rarely found in Milan. Thank you, we'll be back!
10/03/2026: The closest thing to Tucson food you can can get in Milan. I never take photos of foods unless I’m alone. But here I am never alone. It is where I take all my foreign friends. Food great. Atmosphere cute and quaint. Prices about what you would expect in Milan. Service always great and if it is raining and you get to in the veranda and listen to the rain as it hits the roof, you are feeling like being in heaven. Heavily reccomend. -James “il Canadese”

Osteria San Martino

09/12/2025: Osteria San Martino is still a good place. I say "still" because I've been back several times. It's an excellent place for business lunches, but also elegant for evenings with friends. Besides the location and the knowledgeable staff, the pizza is excellent, not to mention the food. You can't know what you're missing.
02/12/2025: We had lunch with friends to eat the casuola, a typical dish, and we had a great time.
