Small place with just a few tables but the hamburger is delicious and the meat is of high quality. Great attention is also paid to the dietary needs of customers (celiac disease). I recommend it!

The best burger in Milan, it's truly exceptional! Unique flavors, delicious ingredients and creative recipes. I wish there were 30 different sandwiches on the menu just for the sake of trying them all. theLab is for those who demand the best.

I come specifically from Turin.
Food: tasty and finely cooked, great sandwich and the juicy corn on the cob was top.
Staff: kind and smiling, very welcome.
Hospitable environment: very clean, the music melting, so you can relax and eat in peace.
I recommend it for a lunch or dinner without haste and a desire for tranquility

Undoubtedly the best burger in Milan. Combinations of original and refined flavours. Medium sized sandwich but incredibly tasty and substantial, don't be fooled by appearances, even just one sandwich is filling, once out of greed I took two together and I struggled to finish them.

Cute little place
We received excellent service and the employee of the place was very cute
The hamburgers were very tasty but a bit biased that you can only choose a hamburger in rare or smash and you cannot choose other sizes such as medium. I like my meatball thick and not squished, but despite that it was very tasty, highly recommend

If you are looking for the usual hamburger with classic ingredients and even a little dirty, this is not the place for you. The burgers are particular, unusual, with refined, tasty ingredients. I took the iconic mi (particular, tasty, with a disc of risotto). The amber beer is also good. The two of us spent €51: two sandwiches, two chips and two beers

I saw this award-winning place on TV and, on the first occasion I was in Milan, I took the opportunity to have lunch here. The burgers are very good, almost like the ones I prepare at home with my wife 😁. We had a great time: everything is quality and prepared with passion. It didn't seem expensive to me, perhaps because we took advantage of the *TheLunch* promotion, which offers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (not holidays) a lunch menu with sandwich, side dish, water and coffee, or a drink of your choice included in the price.
The waiting times are a little long, but we are patient if we eat well afterwards

Esperienza incredibile!per me il miglior hamburger mai mangiato in vita mia! Sapori bilanciati, materia prima SUBLIME. Ho optato per il mio preferito “MI” con carne di vitello, uno strato di risotto alla milanese e maionese al lime. Contorno patata lessa. Birra artigianale stout da 33cl. Conto 25 euro! Per me qualità prezzo unico!
