TheLab - Unconventional Burger Experience® In Milano

I come specifically from Turin. Food: tasty and finely cooked, great sandwich and the juicy corn on the cob was top. Staff: kind and smiling, very welcome. Hospitable environment: very clean, the music melting, so you can relax and eat in peace. I recommend it for a lunch or dinner without haste and a desire for tranquility Update January 11, 2025 Excellent, when I'm in Milan I eat here. Giulia and Davide always make me feel at home. Undoubtedly the best burger in Milan. Combinations of original and refined flavours. Medium sized sandwich but incredibly tasty and substantial, don't be fooled by appearances, even just one sandwich is filling, once out of greed I took two together and I struggled to finish them.

Cute little place We received excellent service and the employee of the place was very cute The hamburgers were very tasty but a bit biased that you can only choose a hamburger in rare or smash and you cannot choose other sizes such as medium. I like my meatball thick and not squished, but despite that it was very tasty, highly recommend

I saw this award-winning place on TV and, on the first occasion I was in Milan, I took the opportunity to have lunch here. The burgers are very good, almost like the ones I prepare at home with my wife 😁. We had a great time: everything is quality and prepared with passion. It didn't seem expensive to me, perhaps because we took advantage of the *TheLunch* promotion, which offers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (not holidays) a lunch menu with sandwich, side dish, water and coffee, or a drink of your choice included in the price. The waiting times are a little long, but we are patient if we eat well afterwards

Small but well-kept place, I've gone there several times now and the food is always delicious and of excellent quality, a little expensive but definitely worth it.

Guided by the positive reviews, I wanted to try theLab: I confirm that everything is good, the ingredients are excellent and the combinations are refined; everything makes it a place to come back to every time you want to eat a tasty and unusual burger. Not being able to give 4.5 stars, I give 5 for the very good burgers. I wasn't very convinced by the dessert which I wouldn't take again and for which I would have deducted a half star from the rating. Well done in any case Ps: I've been back several times but never again because last time the welcome was a bit rude. So I am revising my evaluation: if the reception is negative, I will no longer return to a restaurant even if the menu and quality are good.

Interessante perché si vede l’amore si vede la cura. Si , sono un po’ ligi nessuna modifica al panino se non causa intolleranza, ci sta ! Perseguire il proprio scopo, ma si rischia di risultare supponenti ed arroganti. Nel complesso il cibo ed il servizio sono buoni ed efficienti, birre artigianali interessanti. Il mio voto nella media va per la carne del l’hamburger l’avrei preferita più succosa più grassa , invece la scelta di un taglio magro, anche se con una buona cottura, non mi ha fatto godere come mi aspetto da un hamburger. Non discuto la qualità delle materie prime, avrei preferito una cosa più gustosa. Altra nota dolente l’odore, forse anche da qui la scelta di una carne meno cotta e più magra, il locale è piccolo, e lo capisco, ma il compromesso non vale! :) Degustibus
