A wonderful experience, both in terms of the cuisine, the hospitality, the service, and, above all, the human touch. A dive into the tradition of typical Florentine cuisine, interpreted in a more refined way and decidedly enriched with external influences that make it even more appetizing. A well-deserved five in all categories, congratulations to the entire dining room staff and especially to the chef.

Our last night in Florence, we made a quick detour to Cibreo, we had a seat on the outside terrace, service was friendly & accommodating, smiley and caring. We spoke with Christina the manager and she had wonderful stories to tell. We ate pasta & tartare Hache, pastas were simple ingredients cooked impeccably well, we thoroughly enjoyed them all. Our best pasta in Italy so far. We will be back for sure! Thank you for a beautiful evening

Always a hit— delicious pasta and love sitting outside to people watch. Would love to see the starter menu change from time to time, but the consistency and yumminess is unmatched!
