Highly recommended! Very fair price and excellent quality. Torta di testo was well-filled, perhaps a little softer would be better, but crispy enough. Reasonably quick service, a "spartan" restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's a must-try in Perugia, otherwise you can't say you've been to this city.

This restaurant is part of the Testone chain. It's located in an industrial area right under the Ferrari plant. :-). Their menu offers good, fast food.

We went here with my family and were very pleased with the food and the price. The pan cake with sautéed vegetables and pecorino cheese is truly worth it (even the one with Nutella!) The service is self-service, but the waiter was super kind and helpful.

30/01/2026: Excellent gluten-free pinsa, and the supplì and fried mozzarella balls are also noteworthy.
24/01/2026: I went for lunch with a group of 50 people. The waiters and the owner were very kind. They gave us seconds when we asked, even though we had the fixed price. The appetizers, fried food, and the first course were delicious, all plentiful. 😀
