As for the food, there's nothing to complain about; everything is delicious, but it's a shame that things are often out of stock (on Friday night, the fries were already sold out at 8:30 PM) and that the platter isn't very varied, offering only one type of cheese. The only downside, however, is that the interior is overly smokey.

We stopped for dinner in the evening. It was a very nice place, but very crowded for my taste. The food was average, and the staff were very friendly. We had a cold cuts platter and a mixed grill. It was all very filling! Recommended for summer dining on the outdoor terrace. Suitable for families.

I'd say the quality/price ratio is fair, but the wait is a bit long and it's quite crowded. Ample parking. Good beer. For a variety of dishes, I'd recommend going for the grill—meat, chicken, sausage, etc. The staff is courteous and friendly.

A quaint place, excellent traditional Umbrian torta al testo, a focaccia filled with whatever you want.
Great price, €9 a slice with water or soft drink.

It's always a pleasure to eat here, whether for a quick snack or a full meal. The torta al testo is excellent, and you can fill it however you like. The meat is also highly recommended.
Since my last visit, they've added a large canopy in front of the restaurant's entrance, allowing us to eat outside and get some shade from the sun, something we didn't have before.

The food is very, very good and there are many different fillings for the torta al testo. The only downside is the long queue at the checkout.

The place is quaint, the things to eat are decent... but there is always a lot (too much!) confusion and often very busy people at the checkout.
A tip: arrive well in advance so as not to have to wait in a long queue to order.

I was already familiar with Testone's retail outlet.
The meats are remarkable, as is the freshly made torta al testo.
Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy an excellent torta al testo (with countless toppings) or a great barbecue.
