Ristorante nel centro storico di Fiesole con una terrazza mozzafiato su tutta Firenze. Sicuramente è questa la caratteristica principale del ristorante che offre una cucina moderna, con piatti di carne e di pesce e piatti fusion. Personale giovane e spesso per questo cadono sui dettagli: piccoli ritardi, dimenticanze, poco professionali. Si mangia discretamente. Tutto sommato un buon ristorante.

Bonito menú. Buen vino. Bonita abuela. Música extra alta... que no encaja con el ambiente. A pesar de nuestra petición Florantiner filete era casi fila. Aunque Jacobi era muy muy agradable.

18/07/2025: Recommended for 10 years by Michelin and... highly recommended. A lovely concept, the food is very good, even if the desserts didn't wow me. Excellent truffle pasta. A lovely wine cellar. Charming cook, but a rather haughty owner who should rethink his attitude (see other reviews).
15/07/2025: Both authentic and original. The owner is really nice, making sure I have everything I need. Will be back.
