An episode that makes a difference Her customer-facing approach was evident in a specific incident that pleasantly surprised us. Unable to fully consume our "mega toast" given its size, we had begun folding the leftover portions into paper wrappers to avoid unnecessary food waste. Demonstrating rare proactivity, the lady, simply by observing the scene from a distance, immediately understood our need. Without us having to ask, she spontaneously approached our table and provided us with the appropriate takeout bag. This gesture of exquisite thoughtfulness, courtesy, and anticipation of the customer's needs demonstrates a culture of hospitality rarely found, even in higher-end establishments.
