It is the right restaurant in Bari to understand the soul of the territory. Giorgia and Gianni have collected antiques to create a place that reflects the Bari of Umberto. They searched for recipes, found suppliers, trained the young chef to put traditional dishes back on the table. This is how I was able to appreciate the difference between sgagliozze and panzerotti made as they should be and those sold to tourists... And then a series of local dishes such as Tiella made with arborio rice, thinly sliced ​​potatoes, stringy cheese and mussels... all cooked in a crock. Terramina is a name that perfectly captures the aspiration of the owners and managers: to make known the most authentic soul of that Land.

From now on, this is my favorite restaurant in Bari. The name is so fitting, this place really has a soul! The food is delicious and authentic and the atmosphere is a bit like a French bistro, even if the dishes here have the flavor of Puglia. Here food is art and culture

Servizio impeccabile. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Cibo squisito. Ho preso grano antico ai frutti di mare: squisito. Ottima anche l’insalata di pesce pescato del giorno. Atmosfera accogliente . Prezzo adeguato. Ritornarci sarebbe veramente buona cosa.

Considero questo posto ideale per chi ama mangiar bene, in un ambiente pulito, con personale garbato, educato e professionale, con una atmosfera rilassante, quasi familiare ma, rispettosa dei ruoli, per chi non va' di corsa, chi cerca serenità oltre che mangiar sano.

01/12/2024: 10 e lode, antipasto misto di mare e linguine con frutti su mare: ottima qualità. Esperienza gastronomica da consigliare a chi va a Polignano a mare
04/11/2024: Il locale si trova in una zona defilata rispetto al centro paese e rispetto alle orde di turisti. Il locale è semplice ma funzionale, personale gentile. Abbiamo fatto in pranzo domenicale. Cibo spettacolare. Abbiamo iniziato dai primi , spaghetti all'assassina (spettacolari) e pasta ai frutti di mare (buonissima, mi dicono). I secondi: cozze ripiene squisite e braciole con polpette come nella migliore tradizione polignanese. Ottimo ristorante, prezzi non turistici ma locali. Consigliatissimo

28/02/2025: ask for a table, you'll be seated immediately! I went there several times, I always had different "treats" and tasted different pizzas and I always appreciated the speed of the service, the availability of the owner and the quality of the delicacies. Quiet and pleasant place.
08/12/2024: Very professional and kind staff attentive to every request. Really good pizzas but the highlight were the bruschettas with salmon. These were the best! Compliments
