On our way back from Carrara, we wanted to try this place, recommended by friends who come here often. The homemade tagliatelle with a fresh mushroom sauce were excellent, the filling for the meat rolls, served with sautéed mushrooms, was delicious, and to finish, the soft and flavorful lemon dessert. The tidy dining room offers a panoramic view of the coast, with tables spaced well apart. It's a great idea to have recycled them using different models. Well done! Finally, the friendly and helpful owners make for a wonderful evening.

A very rustic and homey place, with a stunning view, attentive and very friendly staff, and excellent food, from appetizers to desserts, all homemade. Highly recommended, also good value for money.

Ristorante Pizzeria Medicea

15/10/2025: We were there again yesterday. Wonderful pizza and tiramisu, very friendly service. Very fair prices. We had a very nice evening. Very good and well-topped pizza. Very good prices. Four of us sat inside and had plenty of space around us, instead of the usual Italian cramped seating. Very relaxed. Highly recommended.
13/09/2025: The restaurant overlooks Fivizzano's Medici square in a very pleasant and quiet location. The food is good and carefully prepared. Table service is attentive and fast, and the owner is always kind and courteous. The hours are quiet, but if you're going to a restaurant for a quick meal, that's not quite the restaurant's philosophy (or mine). The pizza is special. My favorites are the contadina and the pane Arabe, but they're all delicious. The beers are good. The prices are more than fair for the quality and service offered.
