We came across this restaurant by chance, after a visit to the wonders of Tivoli.
Even though we hadn't booked, and I invite you to do so, they still let us sit down to eat.
The owner is very nice and the food absolutely lives up to expectations. The service was quite fast.
Really nice mise en place, it does its "part".

Slightly hidden and off the main road, but excellent food and definitely also the wine, really nice and speedy service, in a lovely underground cellar-like area with ancient ruin vibes. Dogs were allowed. Does get busy so recommend booking. Unfortunately the busy meant took a while to get the bill but was worth it.

Truly unique location, it is worth going for dinner just to visit the ancient place. Desserts to avoid, the first courses are excellent, the Jewish artichokes are too greasy and have poor quality oil

Had a fantastic dinner in a museum-like setting. This restaurant is truly spectacular. The food was good, the service was great, and the dessert was out of this world. The strudel was truly fantastic, melt in your mouth with an explosion of flavor.

Nous avons reçu un bon accueil et l'on nous a bien conseillé pour le repas. C'est assez spécial de prendre un repas dans un lieu ou il y avait des termes romains.
