I had dinner three nights ago, I limit myself to a score of 110 cum laude.

An unexpected surprise in the center of Tivoli that really feels like entering ancient Roman ruins! Proverbial hospitality that puts you at ease, excellent dishes that represent the territory very well. Truly a beautiful evening!! Tonight we would have liked to repeat but unfortunately they are closed... it will definitely be for next time and one more reason to return to beautiful Tivoli.

Highly recommended, also for the welcome diners experience. Excellent food, I had the pappardelle al cinghiale (al dente, meat minced with whole peppercorns) and probably the best ever carciofi alla Giudea. Reasonably priced for what they offer. Reserve via the internet if you can.

Place discovered thanks to friends years ago, returned after several years, the place is wonderful, the food is SUPER and the staff is super friendly and nice, the service magnificent. Needless to say, the guests I brought for the first time were THRILLED. Thank you for making our Christmas DELICIOUS.

Beautiful venue made up of many underground rooms communicating with each other. Excellent and plentiful food and the prices are good. Cool in summer and warm in winter, it is ideal for a lunch or dinner with friends. Very friendly and helpful owners together with his family. For parking we recommend the paid one located 5 minutes walk from the restaurant in the historic center. I will happily return. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, nice environment and warm welcome. Delicious food and attentive staff. We needed to have a quick lunch and even though the restaurant was full they accommodated our request with kindness and punctuality. Super recommended!

Visitata villa Adriana, cercavamo un posto dove pranzare nonostante l'ora un po' tarda (14.30): siamo capitati per caso qui, e abbiamo scoperto di aver avuto un gran colpo di fortuna! Appena entrati, siamo rimasti a bocca aperta per la location: siamo dentro delle antiche terme o cisterne romane, perfettamente conservate, un posto incredibile, magico. Anche il servizio si è subito dimostrato all'altezza: tutti, da chi ci ha accolti a chi ci ha serviti, sono stati gentilissimi, sorridenti, prodighi di consigli e pronti con le portate: bravissimi. Per i piatti, buonissime le tagliatelle al tartufo (freschissimo) e quelle ai porcini, di stagione. Come secondo, ottimi gli involtini al sugo e gli arrosticini. La cheesecake risulta molto leggera, quasi una spuma, il che la rende particolare e molto apprezzabile. Il conto è stato ragionevole, quindi con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente, la prossima volta che saremo a Tivoli.

Un ristorante permeato di storia, mura antiche rispettate con gusto e intelligenza. La proposta culinaria è ben articolata, con piatti ben eseguiti e molto gustosi. Sensazionale le "caramelle al taleggio con tartufo e parmigiano" , una vera squisitezza da non perdere. Il servizio è piacevolissimo, ci si sente accuditi con professionalità e discrezione. Il conto è onestissimo, che dire di più?
