Delicious food, an elegant yet cozy atmosphere in a historic thermal bath converted by the owner himself. Very friendly and attentive service; the owner speaks several languages (Italian, German, English, French) fluently. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the excellent food; I will definitely return on my next visit to Tivoli!

DISAPPOINTING! A restaurant with a great atmosphere, good service, but a lot of show and little substance, tiny portions, and even the toppings were sparse. We had gone for fresh porcini mushrooms, but by 1:00 PM they had run out of them, only the frozen ones were available. The first course, a gricia with artichokes, was tiny and lacking in artichokes. We had the Jewish-style artichokes, but those were also miniature. Dessert wasn't any better: a strudel that was touted as homemade was made with soft puff pastry that looked frozen and was a truly ridiculous little piece!

We stumbled upon the ancient Baths of Diana by chance because we were looking for a celiac-friendly restaurant.
It's one of the few places where allergy sufferers can enjoy a first course with the same toppings as the menu.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the kindness of the owners and waiters, who welcomed us with professionalism and extreme cordiality. Congratulations! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

A real insider tip if you're ever in Tivoli. The ambiance is quaint and very cozy, the staff friendly, and the food delicious. It's also absolutely great value for money. And be sure to check out the wine cellar.

I came without a reservation for lunch. I was very well received. Small welcome bruschetta with delicious olive oil. I ordered the gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts (it was absolutely DELICIOUS), a small green salad with a drizzle of olive oil and a coffee. Simple but everything was good.
