We had a delicious meal and wonderful experience. The people working there were helpful, friendly and fabulous. We had the burrata and pistachio pasta to start and the cacio e Pepe both were amazing! The wine was also very good and all for a very reasonable price! Would recommend!

I have been solo in Rome for 6 days eating 2 pastas per meal, and this was BY FAR the best I had. Their Cacio e pepe put others to shame. The pappardelle with white pork sauce was insane. Best tiramisu I had out of 7. Plus the family that owns it is a delight. Worth an hour drive. Run don’t walk to come here! Also, it is insanely old if you’re into history in addition to excellent traditional Roman cuisine

The food is particularly tasty, the menu is varied, and the dishes are not only beautifully presented but truly excellent. The location is truly charming. The family-run business is the added bonus that makes this restaurant a true gem, definitely worth a try.

We went there by recommendation by a resident of the town! What a place! We ended up hitting it off with the owner and got an incredible private tour of the ancient temple underneath! Everything from the food, service, and history of this restaurant left us speechless! A definite diamond in the heart of Tivoli!!

What can I say? The owners are very kind and the food is excellent. The location may not be to everyone's taste, but I loved it, especially the dishes and the tables.

Truly beautiful restaurant! In the summer, they have a charming summer garden, with beautiful tables, a huge tree trunk in the middle of the room, and very unique and refined decor. The "winter" area hides the ancient thermal baths, which the owner invited us to visit after dinner... incredible!!! The owners are very kind and friendly, truly two wonderful and good people. The food was excellent, with very good first and second courses... and with the Fork discount, it was a fair price. The only flaw was the desserts: the tiramisu and crumble we ordered weren't up to par with the rest, made essentially with just whipped cream... a shame considering how wonderful the rest of the evening was, but we're sure they can definitely improve, given the evident commitment of the staff.
