Teresina In Bologna

Very good, authentic Italian cuisine, and we were even offered a piece of cake, even though it was our first time there. The courtyard is very charming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited this fantastic restaurant today . Wow , fabulous location, really diverse menu & good service. We had 5 dishes , all fantastic, 3 v good pasta dishes ( best we experienced in Bologna ) & the Topside of beef & the Veal con Tonna piedmont style which was incredible . As well as the beautiful terrace there is a v stylish , eclectic dining room . We highly recommend Teresina.

A lovely atmosphere in a small alley in the city center. Simple, yet well-executed, meat and seafood options, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We went here based on a recommendation from our hotel. It is on the pricier side but the pasta here was really amazing. The kind that I want to try to repeat at home. Especially the Sicilian pasta with anchovies was fantastic, although the filled pastas were also amazing.

A very nice restaurant in the heart of Bologna. The food is exceptionally good, the decor is very interesting with its many different works of art, and the service is friendly and attentive. Due to the heat, we wanted to sit in the air-conditioned interior, and since there were no free tables, they quickly set up one for us.

I had a great experience at Ristorante Teresina! This is a nice restaurant hidden in a side street of Bologna. It is a bit pricey, but the prices are comparable to those of other sit-down restaurants in Italy. The service is nice as well. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly and were very understanding when we struggled to pronounce the names of the dishes. They were also very helpful in splitting the check for us. We found Ristorante Teresina while walking the streets of Bologna. We were intrigued by the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. Luckily, the food was just as good. We ordered the clams, a charcuterie board, and mozzarella with tomatoes as our appetizers. They were all delicious, especially the mozzarella, which was very fresh. For my main, I ordered the spaghetti with mantis shrimp. The dish tasted great, but was very messy. I had to peel the tomato sauce covered shrimp with my hands, which ended with me completely covered in sauce as well. However, this is something you have to expect with this type of dish. My only suggestion is that they should provide wipes with the mantis shrimp.

A great experience, though not perfect. I loved the idea of an alleyway restaurant, yet we weren't able to sit in the alleyway as we ended up going there without making a reservation. This was the only real disappointment of the meal, as the restaurant was clearly not meant to be enjoyed inside its significantly less appealing inside dining room. Eye-level pictures of the Virgin Mary and Padre Pio stared at me as I ate, and the sheer amount of other artwork on the walls made the space feel more cluttered than authentic. I ordered burratina to start, and the tortellini in broth as my main course. The burratina was beyond delicious, to the point where I had to cut the slices even smaller to keep from finishing it too fast. The tortellini was similarly excellent, far better than the other tortellini I have tried throughout Italy. It was firm but not crunchy, flavorful without being too salty, and I found myself trying to scrape up the broth with my fork after I'd finished. The service was friendly and accommodating, and gave us plenty of time to keep enjoying ourselves after we finished eating. I would definitely come again, but only if I'm able to secure outside seating.

No puedo hablar lo suficiente de este restaurante que encontramos completamente por casualidad. Gran servicio, bien cocinado y delicioso encontrado y una excelente carta de vinos. Si volviera a Bolonia sin duda volvería a visitar Teresina.

I made a mess of my order and ordered a coteletta bolognese, not realising that it contained cheese (parmesan), which I don't eat. After I admitted my mistake, the waiter offered to bring me something else instead (a steak) and, at the end of the meal, refused to charge me for what I didn't eat. What I did eat was great (octopus, followed by the steak, with Sicilian beer and an espresso at the end). The atmosphere in the garden was very pleasant and, although we arrived towards the end of lunch, and I held up the kitchen closing by needing an alternative second course, we were not rushed. So to recap, fantastic food and unexpectedly generous customer-service. Ho fatto un pasticcio con il mio ordine e ho ordinato una cotoletta alla bolognese, senza rendermi conto che conteneva formaggio (parmigiano), che non mangio. Dopo aver ammesso il mio errore, il cameriere si è offerto di portarmi qualcos'altro (una bistecca) e, a fine pasto, si è rifiutato di farmi pagare quello che non avevo mangiato.
