Teresina In Bologna

Min søster og jeg fik øje på denne hyggelige restaurant en aften vi gik rundt i Bologna. Det ser så hyggeligt ud om aftenen. Vi valgte at vende tilbage dagen efter og spise aftensmad. Vi bestilte hver en pastaret og delte en tiramisu. Virkelig lækkert og anbefalelsesværdigt. Gode priser og venlige medarbejdere. Kort efter vi fik bord var restauranten fyldt. Så det kan være en god ide at bestille bord.

Alright. Nothing very delicious. All right. The glasses are not very thin. The pleasant atmosphere.

I expected more. There were 6 of us and we ordered a very poor first wine. Afterwards they brought us a better, slightly more expensive wine. Little choice and not too tasty. Prepared for gluten-free but raw pasta and if that was a sausage ragù they don't know what ragù means. It was good sausage but thrown on white pasta because it wasn't bound in any way. The second courses are extremely salty. The cover charge is too expensive at €3.50 and the service given the city center should be more "presentable", you should check whether the water at the tables ran out a while ago, you should take away the empties and you should touch your face less and nose as the dishes are served to customers. According to those who have eaten the tortellini, they are good.

The food was very good, delicious graminia ragú. Fiori de zuca also excellent. Very hard-working service team. Simple place. Would go back.

I found a really welcoming place, despite the heat it was great in the alleyway that houses the outdoor tables. Accurate service, pampering from the owner... excellent food...

In a small alley, in the heart of Bologna, there is an enchanting trattoria, with the possibility of eating outdoors, an intimate and suggestive location. I had the opportunity to eat the green tagliatelle with white ragù and tasted the ones with red ragù. Both were nothing short of sublime. Kind and friendly owner. I hope to return as soon as I have the opportunity to return to Bologna. Highly recommended.

I read reviews online. Mostly good, a few negative ones. I saw the quiet alleyway dining and thought this was the place. We made a reservation but came early. The manager/ director got us our table quickly without issue. We started with a plate of Salumi and meatballs. The mortadella was the best I have ever had. The meatballs were served in a ragu that just covered the meatballs.  We ordered a steak, tortellini,  rabbit, tagliatelle in bolagnese, and a cutlet. It was above our expectations. The cutlet was pork which took us by surprise but we happily ate it and ordered another steak for that member of our party. The sommelier suggested a Sangiovese from Bologna. It paired well. Notes of cherry, plum, pepper, leggy and tannic with the bolognese it was a symphony of flavour. Service was attentive,  kind and engaging. We felt lucky to be there and we were treated like a new friend. We communicated our issue with the cutlet, and it was resolved quickly. we talked about where we lived and where we had been. The manager was engaging all while directing the other servers We wish we had room for dessert, but the portions were ample and we filled up quickly. It's the second time I've had lunch with my family at Teresina's and both times we had a really good time. We all chose different courses and everything was delicious, the staff were friendly and the alleyway in which to have lunch outside was delightful. Nothing to complain about. We will be back!

Excellent restaurant, the owner very helpful with our unusual request. I also highly recommend it for the garden created in a very suggestive alley.

Entrando nel locale si ha un’impressione non proprio confortevole. Manca un po’ di cura, specie per i porta menù che sono piuttosto vissuti, non proprio un bel biglietto da visita. Il servizio è comunque veloce e orchestrato dal proprietario che controlla e comanda tutti gli altri. I piatti sono semplici ma discreti. È una trattoria più che un ristorante, Adatto se non avete particolari pretese e volete un pasto veloce e tipico bolognese.
