In this treasure chest of Romagna seafood cuisine, located right on the beach of Cesenatico, last week an experience focused on Far Eastern cuisine was offered to regulars, friends and customers. In this place that keeps one foot in tradition and the other in its incessant evolution and both in the strictest territoriality, this unrepeatable evening showed the participants, welcomed in the garden of the place, the culinary charm of elsewhere while maintaining the qualities both in the kitchen than in the service of Romagna receptivity. The different courses sparked the curiosity and taste of the diners but the two "luxury foods" of the evening were the Gyoza (kind of tortelloni) with sea bass with curry and coconut sauce which touched the chords of taste in a refined and elegant way. generous at the same time and the "Frushi Misto" dessert which, taking inspiration from sushi, featured three preparations of rice and fruit jellies which parodied, in dessert, the morsels that are so fashionable today and the original soy sauce had been wonderfully replaced by a cream of dark chocolate; this last dish, after having surprised and cheered the view, caused extraordinary sensations to explode on the palate which further brightened the evening. Also not to be forgotten is the attention paid to wine with targeted pairings for each dish with particular attention to the Chinese wines "The Last Warrior" and the mise en place which featured, in addition to the classic cutlery, the wooden chopsticks used in the East. This attention to detail, the passion for cooking and research, the desire to make guests feel good are found every time we sit at a Teresina table to enjoy the territoriality of land and sea that reigns supreme here. and where seafood risotto is a must recognized throughout the Riviera. The restaurant is excellent and the cuisine adapts to the seasons and this leads to the menu often being renewed, despite this the food remains up to expectations. The risotto tried two years ago (white risotto with seafood) was more appreciated than the current one (teresina risotto, red). The portions are generous and the staff is friendly and attentive. We recommend dining inside if you are looking for a quieter environment. The quality-price ratio is exceptional, we will definitely return to try new dishes and hoping to try some "old" dishes too.

Amazing restaurant, I recommend to everybody passing by Cesenatico Very tasty dishes with amazing local products It’s maybe pricey, but it’s absolutely worth it !!!
