Wonderful experience with the orecchiette course. Only on request, usually in groups of 10/15 people on Wednesday morning or Friday. Reservation is mandatory, also recommended for groups with children to learn about the Apulian gastronomic traditions.

We have returned several times to "Casale Ruggiero", the conviviality with the food and flavors of the past is an experience that makes us relax, then the musical interval with the accordion brings people together and creates childhood memories! The owners and collaborators are hospitable, it feels like family, Gennaro is a nice and correct person, the place is welcoming. Thanks and goodbye

5 stars deserved! Excellent value for money. Friendly and perfectly managed service, wide choice of home-produced wines, fixed menu that combines Apulian tradition with zero-mile ingredients. The location is intimate and welcoming at the same time. I would go back either to celebrate a particular event or to spend a day in total relaxation!
