We had a wonderful weekend! A beautiful place with attention to detail, set in natural surroundings. Comfortable rooms, a very pleasant and bright spa, an outdoor pool with a view, and a woods perfect for a regenerating walk. The food was high quality, and the breakfast was top-notch! All this was accompanied by very friendly staff. The only thing I could improve on was the timing between courses; the main courses took too long to arrive—I think it must have been a good half hour. But I'll definitely be back! Congratulations!

I loved the Ferragosto holiday at Tenuta Annunziata! We spent one day, and consequently one night, in this wonderful location, one of the best in Como! The rooms are clean, modern, welcoming, and filled with lovely touches: from your last name on the TV homepage to the complimentary macarons on the bedside table and complimentary water. The only thing I would have appreciated was hand soap in the bathroom; there wasn't one. The spa is magnificent: spotlessly clean, elegant, and above all functional. The indoor pool with its huge glass window is enchanting. While the outdoor infinity pool adds a modern, oriental touch. Furthermore, in the spa, you can enjoy complimentary homemade detox drinks or snacks prepared directly from the kitchen for a fee. Breakfast, in my opinion, is a good size; too much choice isn't always a good sign, with both international and Italian cuisine. There's also a restaurant on the estate, but I can't rate it since we didn't eat there. The room price is reasonable for the setting and quality, considering that both the spa and breakfast are included. Furthermore, there aren't many people, so you can relax without any noise or crowds, especially considering it was mid-August. We'll definitely be back, maybe even for two nights!

We stayed at the Tenuta for the day, starting in the morning, to enjoy a wonderful activity in their BioEnergetic Forest, and then stayed for lunch at the Tree Cocktail Bar & Bistrot restaurant. We took the bioenergetic program with Leila, a delightful, kind, and highly knowledgeable woman. We took a walk in the woods and participated in activities with her, such as "tree hugging" with explanations, a short meditation, and other activities that I won't reveal because you have to try them. After the activity in the woods, we stopped for lunch at the Bistrot restaurant (since it was Monday, the Gourmet restaurant was unfortunately closed, but we'll be back to try that too). The dishes were truly delicious and beautifully presented. We were looked after by Michael, who was very kind and helpful. He answered all our questions and provided excellent advice, especially the dessert of the day, which was much appreciated. All the staff were kind and helpful; we also asked for information about the hotel and the spa, which we absolutely want to try. Highly recommended. Thank you for the experience. See you soon!

Excellent estate located on a quiet hill, with extremely kind and helpful staff. The spa is new, meticulously maintained, and not crowded with tourists. The spa features various saunas and Turkish baths, a whirlpool, treatment rooms, and a quiet room. There is no gym. In the evening, we also stopped for dinner at the Bistrot: impeccable service, an elegant and welcoming atmosphere with a splendid view of the hill, and extremely friendly staff. A sublime experience.

Why would anyone want to stay in Como when you can stay here? Today we enjoyed drinks and food on the terrace overlooking the hinterland. The staff were exceptional. The property is spotlessly maintained. It's a complete joy. We look forward to this becoming a regular place to visit.

As a regular at 5-star hotels, I can assure you that I really enjoyed this hotel. A secluded location, very quiet, very good food, a very pleasant pool, and a really great spa. The only downside: the breakfast leaves something to be desired... For a 4-star hotel, the hotel is worth it; I recommend it.

A wonderful relaxing experience with friends, with attentive and very helpful staff. Truly a peaceful retreat from the rest of the world. Betti's hospitality was superb. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
