I stayed for one night only, and it was my first time there. I have to say the welcome was very warm, with great attention to detail. The room for two people was very cozy and also quite spacious. The spa is very well equipped — not a small spa, but one with several rooms, hot tubs, a steam room, a hammam, a tea corner, and the possibility to book body and facial treatments. I also had a one-hour massage, which was very relaxing. In the afternoon, I asked for a dish as a snack and they were happy to accommodate the changes I requested, even though it was something not on the menu. As for the restaurant, I was very pleased with the service. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented — everything was satisfying. The setting is very well designed; I especially noticed the wooden beams, which created a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. After my stay, I realized I had forgotten my swimsuit at the property. Following several phone calls, during which I was initially told that I hadn’t left anything behind, it was eventually confirmed that the swimsuit had indeed been found. I was then given the option to have it shipped to me through a payment link. They also offered the possibility to take a walk in the woods using a paper map. I personally found it a bit difficult to follow, as the path was completely covered with leaves, which made the trail harder to see and navigate. I visited in February, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the outdoor areas of the property.

Wonderful experience, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially the blonde receptionist, who was able to provide me with all sorts of information and even some additional tips for the various treatments. The location is very picturesque, especially on a sunny day. I'll definitely be back!

The entire staff is incredibly professional, kind, attentive, discreet, and always available: you can sense their passion, expertise, and a sincere desire to make guests feel pampered. Everything here is truly perfect. The estate is nestled in a wonderful forest where you can stroll and relax, surrounded by a regenerating tranquility that completely envelops you. The nature, silence, and harmony of the place make your stay a unique experience, where nothing is missing. The rooms are meticulously maintained, furnished with great taste and elegance. They are spacious, bright, quiet, and super functional, impeccably clean. Each time you arrive, you'll find a very welcome gift, a detail that makes you feel even more special. The balcony is beautiful and offers an enchanting view, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation in complete tranquility. The spa is also splendid: spacious, bright, and overlooking a beautiful garden, creating an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. There's also a bar where you can order everything from the finest tea to the most refined drinks. The massage room is another highlight: the masseuses are exceptionally skilled, professional, and well-trained, offering truly rejuvenating treatments. And then, to truly delight the palate, there's the Quercus restaurant, with a stunning view and warm, welcoming decor. The atmosphere is elegant yet intimate. Chef Domenico Ruberto always amazes me with his skill, passion, and creativity: he offers delicious, refined menus, meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail, with great attention to intolerances and allergies. Furthermore, they are truly skilled at organizing exclusive, meticulously curated events: they offer wonderful themed initiatives that can begin in the spa, offering unique moments of well-being, or, during the summer, in the wonderful outdoor infinity pool with a breathtaking view. These elegant, original, and perfectly organized events make every experience even more special and unforgettable. I highly recommend Tenuta Dell'Annunziata to anyone looking for a special experience, combining relaxation, quality, and beauty. Coming here feels like home, but with something extra: the feeling of being truly pampered at every moment.

Everything was perfect. From the welcome, to the walk in the woods, to the rooms and wellness center, to the dinner. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

An enchanting and magical place. Spa: pleasant and well-maintained environment for hygiene and order; spacious with large windows. Friendly and friendly staff at reception, especially Claudia, the young woman who welcomed us with professionalism and courtesy. Excellent breakfast served in a refined location.

Everything was perfect in the restaurant. There are two rooms, one nice and large where there's music, and another small one. At the party, in the large room where there was music, they put two women, one pregnant with a baby and the other with a six-month-old baby. The music was so annoying that the baby couldn't sleep, and every now and then the woman would leave because she couldn't stand it anymore. In the other room where the music isn't heard, they put other couples without children. Does that seem fair to you? Zero organization, this is a huge flaw. The owners should think carefully about putting small children in the room where the music isn't heard. We, without children, didn't have any fun at all, because every now and then we would get up and go to another room. The water in the pool is cold, unfortunately.

The property is truly enchanting, preserving the magnificence of ancient estates, yet featuring refined, modern furnishings and finishes. The services offered are undoubtedly worthy of the property, including a couples massage, restaurant, and bistro. The spa is also well-stocked, though it's a shame the pools were a bit warm for my taste. My only negative: my partner and I had brought our dog (a 4-month-old poodle) with us, so we were asked to pay a supplement of almost €50 (which included nothing except the bowls in the room). Despite the extra charge, we were unable to bring her to the restaurant or breakfast room. A real shame.

I was with my wife during the week. We tried the breakfast service plus the spa. The breakfast buffet was good and the spa was also very beautiful. Children are not allowed in. The price was right: 40 euros per person. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. It is also ideal for weddings. The estate is located on a hill surrounded by greenery.

A charming place with a beautiful view, surrounded by nature. So far, I've used a voucher for an 80-minute massage, but I plan to return for dinner at the restaurant, perhaps with a weekend stay. Kudos to Rosy for the massage, truly relaxing!
