Location molto molto bella ma purtroppo questo è stato l’unico punto forte della serata. Premetto che potrebbe essere stata una serata no, ma dal momento dell’arrivo il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare, abbiamo atteso 20 minuti il menù, altri 20 per ordinare, abbiamo preso il menù del giorno e tra una portata e l’altra passavano 45 minuti. Il servizio è stato molto confusionale, sbagliavano in continuazione i tavoli e le portate facevano giri infiniti prima di finire al tavolo giusto e spesso non volentieri i commenti tra i camerieri e il capo sala non molto consoni all’ambiente erano detti ad alta voce. Avevamo aspettative molto alte, ci aspettavamo più spiegazioni sul cibo e sui vini, consigli di abbinamenti ma nulla di tutto ciò, 4 portate sono state servite ogni volta da un cameriere diverso e il pane abbiamo dovuto chiederlo noi. Cibo buono ma non all’altezza di quel che abbiamo pagato.

Very beautiful and elegant structure, wonderful couple's massage, very good girls; well-kept spa and swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant discovery, we will return.

Magnificent location, despite the weather not being the best you can see Milan on the horizon, the dinner was excellent and the service was impeccable. The cars on display are simply magnificent..

Received as a gift, nice spa to spend a relaxing day. Welcoming and kind staff. Aperitif made at the spa bar with focaccia and ham. The package included an aperitif at the restaurant with house specialties but it was the same focaccia eaten down, this was a little disappointing or rather perhaps we were expecting something else

It was the first time that my wife and I went to this facility which we did not know because it was very out of the way. We used the SPA with a 4 hour stay. Overall the SPA is very nice, clean and tidy, there are two types of saunas and two types of Turkish baths-Hammam, a pool for free swimming, cervical waterfalls, and a hydromassage tub. the staff is courteous and the value for money is good. But there are many things to improve. When you arrive near the structure there is no road sign indicating where it is. The structure, if a tourist is new to the place he certainly cannot find it, even my wife and I who don't live very far away we had a lot of difficulty finding it. to find it, once you find the entrance gate you have to go along a very narrow and dirt road which is full of potholes and depressions and should be asphalted. The changing rooms are too small and there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers. Wall clocks are completely absent in the wellness area. And in the relaxation room it would be nice to have chromotherapy that changes color and not just one. But overall it's worth going there.

I already knew this enchanting and peaceful place, proposed again to my group of friends to celebrate a hen party. We spent the afternoon in the spa where we found Rosy who was very kind in reserving a relaxation area for us and professional in explaining the use of saunas/Turkish baths etc. We continued the evening with an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the mountains and up to the city of Milan, Domenico pampered us and took care of our needs in every detail. Unforgettable day highly recommended

Very friendly, helpful and organized staff. Neat and clean environments, including the spa space. Added to this was a more than welcome culinary experience, the chef's selection was truly valid. Careful presentation, very tasty dishes and successful combinations. An aspect that could be strengthened: knowing the menu upon arrival at the restaurant. Apart from intolerances/allergies which are promptly requested at the time of booking, there may still be some unwelcome dishes. However, the final judgment remains very positive: excellent experience!

Bellissima esperienza, location molto particolare in un contesto di natura che da una certa serenità. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento. Cucina raffinata e curata. Sicuramente ci torneremo.
