We went on two occasions: an aperitif and a lunch and then to use the spa. The location is excellent as are the attentive and welcoming staff. Excellent food and wine. The spotless spa is very well equipped. We will return

We had an excellent stay—the setting is beautiful, the restaurant’s cuisine is outstanding, the welcome was wonderful, and the spa massage session was extremely relaxing. In short, a fantastic destination that you shouldn’t hesitate to visit!

In one word: unbelievable! The staff was professional and friendly. The food was above and beyond expectations. The Italian cuisine was elevated and sophisticated while still preserving its taste and tradition. We ordered two meals for €58 each, which included three main courses and complimentary sweets with coffee. Let me share some details: the bread was freshly made and paired with local extra virgin olive oil, which was delicate and fruity. Both the appetizer and the first main course were excellent, and the meat dish was beautifully complemented with vegetables and sauce. Please check the pictures to see the food. Last but not least, the restaurant is located on a hill with a fantastic view.

Very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Small SPA but with a wide range of offerings. Modern and well-maintained rooms. Very good food, high level service and professionalism. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

After December, we had a wonderful day at a spa with my wife. The service was impeccable, both in attention to the person and in the care of the place. The water was perfect, and the lunch was quick but of excellent quality. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the impeccable cleanliness. An exhilarating experience to do again!

Spent 4 hours of absolute relaxation in this wonderful Spa, a very refined and welcoming environment, with attentive and kind staff. Also made use of the Bistro inside the Spa with excellent dishes to taste and to say everything was excellent: to be returned.

Enchanting place, isolated enough to feel outside of civilization and immersed in wonder. Unfortunately I visited this place in the evening and was not able to enjoy what promises to be a wonderful landscape and forest that surrounds this place. A beautiful energy! Excellent dinner at the restaurant, top quality food, much of it coming from our own production. Excellent service and explanation of the dishes. Excellent accompanying wines. We visited the spa, beautiful, well maintained, with paths, massage cabins and spa cabins. Highly recommended!

Magnificent hotel, located high up with a superb view, in lush nature, the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The spa, very complete (top massage) And finally, the restaurant is a real delight.

18/10/2024: We had booked 3 double rooms for 4 nights in the off-season (where there are already many other hotels). The hotel is very clean, the owners are very friendly, helpful and - since our Italian is not very good - they also helped us with the reservations for restaurants. The breakfast offers everything you need and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. The hotel is located directly on a busy street, which means that you should keep the windows closed at night and very early in the morning because of the street noise, but since the rooms have air conditioning units, this is not a problem even at higher temperatures. Even though there were only a few guests left in mid-October, the bar was still open in the evenings and the breakfast was varied with fresh and delicious sweet pastries (probably some homemade). We felt completely comfortable the entire time and thank you for the perfect stay.
13/10/2024: We had a wonderful stay in the Adler hotel recently and would highly recommend it. We booked last minute (on the arrival day!) and stayed for 2 nights, changing rooms after the first night. The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable, and match the pricing. We are dinner there on both nights and would highly recommend it. The food was all home-made and tasty and creative. The owner-chef is really excellent. It seems to be a family-run hotel with all family members pitching in at various points. They really seem to care about their guests and the service is excellent! Given the location (up a hill outside of Mennagio) you definitely need a car to access the hotel. It's a good base however for discovering the towns along the lake and a short boat ride to Bellagio.
