We spontaneously decided to have lunch at an outdoor table.
The waiter was exceptionally friendly, had a great sense of humor, and spoke excellent English. We still managed to converse in a mix of Italian and English.
He recommended a dish that wasn't on the menu: pici with a sauce made from local garlic. I love that sort of thing. The food and the recommended local white wine were outstanding. Highly recommended.

It’s a beautiful place with kind people, unfortunately I find the food too expensive compared to the quality of the food. Prosciutto melone had hardly any melon and the prosciutto was of poor quality. I expected more for 13€. I think that really put me off and set the tone for the rest of the food.

On a hot Sunday in May, we waited too long to find a place for lunch and everything was full. We were lucky enough to get one of the last tables here. We ate outside under the cover of a canopy. They were busy, so the food took a long time but it was worth the wait. I like how the menu has the typical foods but also some others (you can find pastas besides just pici, for example).

Good food, terrible service.
We ordered two appetizers, a platter, and two first courses. We asked for them to be served together, and the confirmation was given. We then asked for two more first courses and another main course. Everything arrived in increments. The cheese platter wasn't specified. The wine by the glass was said to be from a farmer, perhaps the person selling it has a farmer's surname. He brought the glass of wine to the table instead of pouring it at the table. There's definitely better.

I came back to this restaurant after 20 years, and had again a wonderful experience. Mara hospitality was amazing, and the food was delicious. The pannacotta was to die for. Thanks a lot!
