Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la rue Via Urbana à Rome et il y a beaucoup de restaurants dans ce quartier Monti. Nous sommes revenus 4 fois au restaurant Taverna Urbana. C'est une auberge traditionnelle (tenu par un patron bougon et sa mère de 93 ans) qui sert une cuisine de qualité avec un excellent choix de poissons frais mais aussi des desserts du jour fait maison et une carte des vins très large où les vins sont classés par region. Signe qui ne trompe pas, beaucoup de Romains qui habitent le quartier vont manger en famille dans ce restaurant. Un des serveurs Giuseppe a été notre guide pendant ces quatre visites... il ne parle pas français mais est très sympathique et donne envie de découvrir la bonne cuisine de ce restaurant. Rassurez vous ils ont des menus en français bien traduits. Si je reviens à Rome, je retournerai avec plaisir à cette adresse qui vaut vraiment le détour.

Best meal we have had in Italy. Great service and very friendly staff. Artichoke and mixed vegetables plate both delicious and the tuna was incredible. Plated beautifully and as good as they looked. We chose the Muscato wine and it was wonderful.

Delicious food , great service and good prices. Home made pasta was fresh an very tasty. We had a great time!!!
