Pasta amatriciana was excellent!!! Waiter recommended a nice local wine that paired great with our meal. Service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommend.

A great place to live the Roman food as a real Romano:) plates were just delicious! Service great, but not too pushy. Great list of vines. Make sure you book in advance. Carbonara and amatriciana were absolutely heaven on earth! Also don’t leave without trying the forest strawberries cake(little strawberries)

Fantastic experience at Taverna Trilussa. The atmosphere is truly beautiful and welcoming, typically Roman but with a touch of class. We had exceptional first courses, and the side dishes were equally delicious: everything was fresh and flavorful. Finally, the desserts were simply exquisite. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality!

21/02/2026: We hadn't even looked for a place to eat porchetta; we were just a little hungry and stumbled upon it completely by chance. I'm not even a fan because it's often dry, with dry or rubbery rind, or even too tough to eat: this one is heavenly. If I lived here, I'd definitely become a regular. Just the right amount of moist, flavorful, with a crispy rind that melts in your mouth. The prosciutto in the other sandwich is also excellent; it's hard to find one of this quality.
