Taverna Trilussa In Roma

Located in Trastevere where you can enjoy the local nightlife. The place is characteristic and very welcoming; the service is excellent. It offers excellent quality Roman cuisine. I think I ate one of the best Amatricianas. Varied and well-stocked wine list. Prices above average.

Excellent, Food, Wine, appetizers all wonderful

This, was without a doubt, the best food we have eaten in the last month and a half in Rome. The care and concern of the staff was incredible. We had the zucchini flowers, I had a beef dish with fried potatoes, and my wife had the pasta Cacio e pepe. Delicious! We also shared a salad, and dessert. Absolutely fabulous!

Celebrating More Than 100 Years! This classic Roma restaurant certainly doesn’t need reviews to stay in business. That’s because they serve classic Italian food in a very relaxed setting. We say outdoors and highly recommend. We started with incredible grilled artichokes and mixed salad. They have rice balls and fried zucchini on the menu, however we passed because we had to make room for their pastas. Their signature ravioli that’s been on the menu from the beginning was as good as you would expect. We had the olive oil bacon infused pasta as well. Yum! The one thing they don’t have is fresh fish which was a disappointment. We shared a filet and it was tasty along with roasted potatoes. Wine list is impressive with some selections over 5000 EU. Happily, they have a very tasty house red. And don’t order a martini, they don’t make them! Overall, excellent Italian restaurant that will be around for at least another 100 years.

Beautiful and delicious! One of our favorites in Rome, made reservations weeks ahead to ensure the table. It was worth the effort!

I really didn't eat here, I tried twice but the owner wasn't able to find a table for 2, Not at all friendly. It seems they've forgotten how they started. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't intend to harm anyone, but they could have done a little more. I know people who went to eat and were welcomed without reservation, we were well dressed, maybe he didn't like . . Very arrogant.

Ottima cena in Trastevere, tutto buonissimo, un piacere per gli occhi e per il palato. La vera cucina Romana è non solo quella. Ci siamo sentite coccolate e soddisfatte in tutto. Personale capace e competente. Locale super consigliato

This is a very good place in a busy part of town. Lots of night life. The food was excellent, very good range of starters and pasta dishes. Fantastic Tiramisu.
