Taverna Santorini In Pavia

A wonderful place, excellent food. The owner's kindness is impeccable. If you want to eat like in Greece, go to this taverna. This is the fifth time I've left Saronno and eaten here. Every time I go, I see improvements. The food is fresh and made to order. The service and price are more than fair. Congratulations!

We had dinner here after wanting to go for a long time. The restaurant is centrally located, but in a quiet area, not on a main road. The atmosphere is very charming, reminiscent of Greek style. We ate very well and in good quantities. The beer was also good.

It was delicious. The max pita portion is mandatory; you'd rather skip lunch, but it's really good. Then finish with raki (tsipouro) or the awful rakomero 🔝

Nice small cozy restaurant. Very friendly personnel. I've been looking for an authentic Greek restaurant in Italy for a while now and I'm very pleased by this one. The gyro is huge and very, very good. Even the other dishes are authentic and with high quality ingredients. It actually reminded me of Greece. I highly recommend it!

My girlfriend and I had dinner, satisfying food and good price, I recommend the Pita Gyros, excellent service and sunny guys, environment that recreates the Greek atmosphere, recommended 👍 (we don't have photos because we forgot)

Taverna Santorini has been the stage for many outings and special occasions, whether it was a date or an outing with friends or a family birthday. The restaurant staff has always been very kind and helpful, the dishes are universally good and refined and in terms of quality/price the Pita is crazy, rich, delicious and suitable for all tastes and all budgets. Personally I love their fried appetizers, especially the various meatballs and the stuffed eggplant. If you have time (the waiting times if you don't take the pita are slightly long) it's really worth it. Highly recommended

Terza volta in taverna, le prime due a pranzo l’ultima di sabato sera. Localino carino in un vicoletto nel pieno centro storico di Pavia. Dicono che cucinano tutto al momento, cosa che giustificherebbe solo in parte i lunghissimi tempi di attesa… (abile tecnica per ingolosire gli ospiti con gli antipasti?). La differenza tra il pranzo e la cena è sensibile. Contrariamente al pranzo, il sabato sera si è davvero avvertita la pressione della fretta o, comunque, l’impazienza del titolare (?) che tutto fa fuorché mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti. A mio avviso l’ansia riesce a trasmetterla anche ai ragazzi che servono i tavoli: sebbene premurosi ed attenti, restano rigidi ed ingessati. Insomma, considerato che la cucina non è affatto male, consiglierei Taverna Santorini più per asporto che per trascorrere qualche momento piacevole a tavola con amici.

Proposta gastronomica voto 9 Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto dalla proposta gastronomica proposta da questo ristorante. Piatti preparati con prodotti di qualità, cotti perfettamente, i fritti senza unto residuo. Ho fatto i complimenti ai titolari. Servizio voto 6+ All'arrivo (con prenotazione) il locale era ancora chiuso, abbiamo atteso qualche minuto perché aprisse nonostante fossimo in perfetto orario. Servirebbe un pizzico di attenzione in più al cliente ma tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene.
