Taverna Santorini In Pavia

I went to eat with my partner. The service was good, as the waiter was very kind and helpful. He was perhaps a little rushed and pressured us to choose dishes quickly, but overall he was a good waiter. I'd give the waiter an 8 on a scale of 10. As for the food (and I'm giving my opinion as a chef), the fried appetizers were average, perhaps a little too spicy, and I'd give them an 8/10. The moussaka had almost no meat and a lot of flavor, but it was passable. I recommend adding meat because it was almost nonexistent, and salt to the béchamel sauce because it was tasteless. The dish I chose was lamb skewers. The side dish of mashed potatoes that accompanied them was good, but the skewers were chicken and not lamb, which I noticed, but I didn't want to ask for a change because I was hungry. Even though the chefs clearly looked at me once they handed me my dish, they were watching me to see if I'd noticed. I hope it wasn't done on purpose, although I still have doubts, but they were an 8.5/10, cooked to perfection and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. The fries, on the other hand, were excellently fried, but I'd recommend not serving them with oregano because not everyone likes it. The sauces, on the other hand, were excellent, both the tzatziki and the spicy eggplant sauce. The pita bread, perhaps a little too rich in oregano, but excellent. Overall, I'd give the restaurant itself a 7/10. If you want to try Greek food in Pavia, it's a good option, but I'd only go back occasionally.

Excellent Greek restaurant with deliciously prepared dishes. Cozy, typical atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. We'll gladly return when we're in Pavia.

A typical Greek restaurant, very cute, simple, and welcoming. The food was very good; from the appetizers to the desserts, we loved everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable.

A wonderful place, excellent food. The owner's kindness is impeccable. If you want to eat like in Greece, go to this taverna. This is the fifth time I've left Saronno and eaten here. Every time I go, I see improvements. The food is fresh and made to order. The service and price are more than fair. Congratulations!

We had dinner here after wanting to go for a long time. The restaurant is centrally located, but in a quiet area, not on a main road. The atmosphere is very charming, reminiscent of Greek style. We ate very well and in good quantities. The beer was also good.

It was delicious. The max pita portion is mandatory; you'd rather skip lunch, but it's really good. Then finish with raki (tsipouro) or the awful rakomero 🔝

Nice small cozy restaurant. Very friendly personnel. I've been looking for an authentic Greek restaurant in Italy for a while now and I'm very pleased by this one. The gyro is huge and very, very good. Even the other dishes are authentic and with high quality ingredients. It actually reminded me of Greece. I highly recommend it!

Sono tornato dopo tanto tempo per risentire i sapori della Grecia. Servizio buono e cibi ottimi, tra cui la pita che era bella abbondante, con ottima carne e poi sempre un piacere bere la Mythos.

My girlfriend and I had dinner, satisfying food and good price, I recommend the Pita Gyros, excellent service and sunny guys, environment that recreates the Greek atmosphere, recommended 👍 (we don't have photos because we forgot)
