Taverna San Trovaso In Venezia

Very very delicious and reasonably priced seafood. Interior is cosy and authentic. Would come back again. I recommend getting the seafood tomato spaghetti and sautéed mussels! We had 2 bottles of water, 3 mains and 2 desserts which was about €77 for 2 people.

It's a very busy restaurant with a lot of locals, and has a homey feel to it. I had seafood spaghetti and lasagna. The flavor wasn't too strong and was good. However, the mussels...probably locally produced, reminded me of the waterways of Venice. I think they were fresh, but they had a bad smell, which I personally didn't like, but I thought the other flavors were delicious.

A popular restaurant in the Accademia district. One of the great pleasures of visiting Venice is eating here. There is also a restaurant in the San Marco district, so if you ask a passerby, you may be directed to the San Marco restaurant. The dishes are the same, and there were staff members working at both restaurants. The seafood soup is recommended, with plenty of ingredients. The portions are quite large, so this one dish is enough if you are not sharing. The appetizers and desserts are surprisingly large, so please be careful. If you think you can't finish it, you can ask for a takeaway. This restaurant is always crowded with locals and domestic travelers, and the food is very delicious and a great pleasure in Venice, but the amount of food is always overwhelming, even when you look at it. I am impressed that the local regulars can enjoy everything from appetizers to desserts without sharing.

Italian cooking class. Doing something different in Venice. It was simply perfect.

Wow! Nos encantó este encantador restaurante local! El camarero era cálido y acogedor. El menú era genial y variado con un montón de opciones vegetarianas y de pescado. Nos encantó el vino de la casa! ¡Esto es todo lo que un restaurante italiano local debería ser! ¡Bravo!

Hemos venido a menudo a Venecia a lo largo de los años y hemos pasado por este restaurante muchas veces. Esta vez pasábamos alrededor de la 1: 30 PM, teníamos hambre y estaba abierto, así que entramos a comer. Fue maravilloso. Tenía los mejillones en una salsa de tomate y la pasta con sepia. Si lo tuviera que hacer de nuevo me habría detenido con los mejillones ya que era una porción mucho más grande (13 euros) de lo que pensaba que sería. La pasta de sepia (20 euros) también estaba muy bien, pero luego no tuvimos espacio para el postre. Mi marido tenía el aperitivo de carne y los ñoquis (20 euros) y ambos eran geniales. No tuvimos reservas pero pudimos entrar, el servicio fue maravilloso y atento. Volvería de nuevo.
