Wonderful restaurant with great selection of local dishes. Non smoking. Reservation suggested.

Good house wine, delicious food, and daily specials are highly recommended. The gnocchi are fabulous. Friendly service and a great location (between Accasemia and Campo S. Margherita). Recommended.

I had dinner here on my own and was made to feel very comfortable throughout, unlike some other restaurants.
The service was friendly and relaxed, the food and drink were excellent.
I did get food envy seeing some other diners' meals!

Recommend for the seafood pasta. Went in right when they opened so managed to get a seat without reservation. Right after we went in, a queue formed outside. Seafood is fresh and delicious. Portions are generous.

We took the pasta and tiramisu cooking class at 10:30am..a 2 hour class. It was definitely clean, fun and educational. I’m not a big fan of thick pasta noodles however all the rest of our party of 8 did. The sauce was very yummy and so was the tiramisu. The surprise as they stated earlier was white and red wine. We had 3 underage kids with us all teens so they had soft drinks. I would definitely recommend because it is something different to do. The staff was very friendly and understanding when the younger set couldn’t quite get the pasta making techniques. There were 3 Canadians and they paid $155 CAD/person for the class. For the rest of us US citizens we paid $155 USD/person.
All in all it was a very good time had by all.

I had the opportunity to do the tasting as part of the "saor" event; Anna was very kind, and even though it wasn't the scheduled tasting time, she explained the process for saoring the dishes. The tasting was excellent! I'll try this restaurant again on my next visit to Venice.

Visitamos Venecia hace 15 años y este era uno de nuestros restaurantes favoritos, estábamos tan ansiosos por una visita de regreso, que nos decepcionamos mucho.
Compartimos un caprese para empezar, me encanta el caprese especialmente cuando los tomates y la mozzarella están a temperatura ambiente para permitir que se desarrollen los sabores. Esto era demasiado frío, lo que significaba que era insípido.
Tristemente nuestros platos principales fueron igual de decepcionantes. Raviolis insípidos, salsa y filetes de pescado, la ensalada era agradable y abundante, la crème brûlée sabrosa y el limoncello muy generoso.
El servicio era atento, la decoración cálida y leñosa y la factura razonable. Tristemente, no volveríamos.
