We came on the recommendation of the B&B where we are guests and I would say excellent advice. Dinner outdoors, a bit of confusion but pleasant environment, friendly and appropriately fast service, divine dishes, enormous grilled fillet and cooked very well, excellent grilled potatoes and tiramisu which was also divine. Then they offered us a grappa with coffee. We will be back for sure.

I went for lunch yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise, menu with wide choice, quick and attentive service, average prices. I recommend it

Just ate there. Genuine place, excellent tagliatelle with mushrooms and top grilled aubergines. The village is very beautiful.

Siamo tornati più sere di seguito e abbiamo approfittato della bella terrazza con vista sul Subasio e una gradevole arietta. Ottima la carne alla brace - le costolette sono strepitose . Una conferma torniamo sempre con molto piacere. Il personale è molto gentile.

Eaten divinely, on the terrace. My dear friend Maurizio brought me with our ladies. Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, very kind staff. Beautiful evening. I will definitely go back.

I went to this restaurant last night for the first time on the recommendation of friends. Beautiful and cool place. Food to die for…. Very good. The only discordant note, the service was a little slow and agitated but overall ok. But still I highly recommend it. Quality and tasty products. The prices need to be reviewed as they are a bit expensive in my opinion.

la prima scoperta è stata il paesino medievale di Collepino, situato sopra Spello, fresco e ben curato. la seconda questa trattoria, dove ho potuto gustare un'ottima coratella e del buon rosso. mi riprometto di tornare per la pajata e per le altre specialità.

26/08/2024: una bella esperienza piccolo locale ,gestito penzo da due persone molto simpatiche,bella l'accoglienza con fette di bruschta inmerse in olio e una salsa buonissima ,habiamo preso tagliere misto buonissimo e abbomdante con vari formaggi e salumi ,buone le frittelle con verdura,ottime le pappardelle al cinghiale,prezzi onestissimi da ritornare
09/08/2024: Small typical trattoria, with simple but good menus. The daily availability of the dishes must be asked to the lady who carries out the service. It has an outdoor area with a few seats under the portico, particularly appreciated in the summer season with the intense heat, but reservations are required. Fairly low prices.

Ristorante Sabatini il giardino del corso

26/06/2024: I was here last year, which was very memorable (in a good way) so wanted to come again. I ate the same Tortino soffice which was fantastic again and ravioli ripieni. Ravioli was very soft and creamy as well, although i tried to find a dominant flavour but i couldnt. Thats why i hardly could feel the taste, because didnt feel one stronger one which could lead my sense.
10/05/2024: A quiet garden restaurant in springtime with excellent service, a superb chef, and original delicious dishes! Started with a amuse-bouche that was fantastic! Finished with a plate of complimentary meringues! Our other choices were excellent. Highly recommended!
