They let our dog in with no problem.

This restaurant was recommended by another restaurant owner, who was also fully booked for the evening in question. This one immediately piqued my curiosity. The restaurant is located on a small hill in an equally small medieval village. The atmosphere is rustic but welcoming. The waiter was very friendly. The grilled lamb with truffles was divine. A feast of fresh porcini mushrooms that I'll remember for a long time. Well done.

I've been coming to Umbria from Turin for almost 20 years to relax, and whenever possible, I pop into Collepino.
Taverna San Silvestro is a marvel; I've never found a single dish I dislike, and the simple yet refined food is a blast from the past. I recommend the mushrooms, potatoes, and grilled kid, the snails, the strangozzi with truffles, the ovuli, the wild asparagus and wild herbs, and, if available, the zuppa inglese. I thank the chef and Mr. Fabio for continuing the traditions with commitment and love, despite the hassle of easy money. ❤️

It's the only restaurant in town, and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Although the menu was limited, the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. My son loved going there and kept buying something—it quickly became one of his favorite places. I'll definitely be back for breakfast next time I'm in the area.

Molto suggestivo mangiare in una piccola piazzetta del paese. Abbiamo preso due primi di cui uno con tartufo, so bene che non si mette il parmigiano sulla pasta col tartufo, ma volevo comunque provare e ho chiesto al cameriere un po' di formaggio grattugiato, ma sì è rifiutato di portarmelo. Non credo che si debba sindacare sulle scelte del cliente, anche se sembrano delle richieste astruse. Qualsiasi richiesta del cliente, anche se strana, deve sempre essere esaudita, anche perché è lui che paga. Buoni anche i secondi. Prezzi nella media.
