We arrived in Collepino almost by chance after a trek on the Subasio, rather late; Despite this, the restaurateurs still made us sit upstairs (since we had the dog with us and we were a fairly large group), in a quiet and spacious room, truly welcoming. Food at reasonable prices and of excellent quality. Spectacular pasta and tasty vegetable side dishes. Personally, I recommend pappardelle with goose or those with hare, guinea fowl and snails (the latter are really good: they are not easy to prepare and I generally prefer not to order them at the restaurant, but this time I wanted to "take a risk" and was happily surprised). We all left satisfied. 5 stars absolutely deserved.

Excellent trattoria in a suggestive location to say the least. Exquisite food and friendliness make it a perfect combination. Places like this are increasingly rare. Super recommended!!!!

Taverna intima e calda..ci si sente come a casa.. tra la gentilezza di Fabio il proprietario e la simpatia del Cameriere che ci ha serviti abbiamo passata un piacevolissimo pranzo della domenica.. carne cotta a forno a legna squisita, contorni tipici buonissimi e i dolci fatti in casa ancora di più!! Bellissimo tutto,torneremo prestissimo

L'Orlando Furioso.

19/05/2025: Good pizza, normal prices. My Neapolitan pizza was super topped with anchovies and oregano. The wine in bulk wasn't the best. I would go back anyway.
18/05/2025: The bruschetta came in different flavors, the raw ham with melon was great, the beer was cold, the wine list was good, everything was great!

28/11/2024: Bel ristorante in pieno centro a Spoleto. Buona classe in tutto, dal servizio all’arredo, dal modo in cui i tavoli sono apparecchiati, alla musica di sottofondo. Ottimo menù, molto ricco di piatti locali e non. Ottime preparazioni ed impiattamenti. Tante leccornie servite a sorpresa e gratuitamente. Ottimo il maialino, la pasta col tartufo, la frittatina col tartufo. Prezzi nella norma.
