Environment like in the old days, welcoming and family-like, excellent food from the appetizer to the tortelli, to the lasagna that needs no excellent introduction, exquisite ragù and bechamel at the right point, a masterpiece by Gil, and the excellent service from the Mom, a sweet lady as per tradition, kind, polite in her manners and in explaining the dishes to those who are not Italian and do not know them. A lunch to remember from Gil, King of lasagna, I highly recommend it, finally the King's cream and the coffee, with the cup of Bfc 1909 a touch of fineness that was greatly appreciated.

It is a typical restaurant reachable in 10 minutes on foot from Borgonuovo di Sasso Marconi. The Lasagne alla Bolognese, the tortellini in broth and the tagliatelle with meat sauce are excellent. Adequate price. Rustic furnishings

Quick lunch while passing through the Porrettana towards Tuscany. Family-run place, abundant dishes, very fast service. Too bad we were in a hurry, but we plan to return.

We stopped to eat by chance in this nice little restaurant, and we did well because we had a wonderful meal with the spectacular lasagna, the service was excellent. I highly recommend

Had tagliatelle and lasagna, all incredibly good. Plus the lady who takes care of the tables is very sweet

We went to this family-run restaurant for a lunch break while traveling. We were welcomed by a very kind lady, the menu offers few dishes but everything is homemade: very good tagliatelle with meat sauce, but the highlight was the balanzoni verde, typical Bolognese tortelli filled with mortadella. We concluded the lunch with a very good and light king cream. If we are passing through we will definitely return!

15/10/2024: Non conoscevamo questo locale, un po' defilato e, all'esterno, modesto. All'interno si presenta accogliente e molto gradevole. Ci siamo stati con amici che, invece, l'avevano frequentato parecchio in passato. La cucina è veramente originale, con sapori nuovi ma ben indovinati negli accostamenti. Quando si è avanti nella vita, non è facile trovare qualcosa che ti stupisca, ma qui è successo. Complimenti, dagli antipasti fino ai dolci, fra i quali il tortino di cioccolato spiccava nettamente. Se la prossima volta il livello sarà mantenuto (il menù cambia frequentemente) darò senz'altro anche la quinta pallina.
29/08/2024: Comida excelente, innovadora, sofisticada, más ligera de lo habitual para Bolonia. Este fue nuestro favorito de los 5 lugares en los que comimos en Bolonia.
