Everything was delicious! Great atmosphere, attentive staff, great price! We also appreciated the attention to waste; nothing is thrown away, just a doggy bag and off you go! You have to book well in advance, but it's worth it.

15/02/2026: We stumbled upon this osteria on a trip to Matera, and on our way back we stopped specifically to enjoy the high-quality local produce, cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.
03/02/2026: We were looking for a typical local restaurant, and at a service station, the girl at the bar recommended this place to us. Without hesitation, we took the first exit off the highway and arrived at this osteria. What can I say? Authentic flavors, the quality of the ingredients pairs perfectly with the friendliness of the owner! Everything was truly excellent. It will be our regular stop when we return to this area. Congratulations!
