Rare quality restaurant. Excellent dishes and plating, courteous and knowledgeable staff (even on wines), Applause to everyone even to those who cannot be seen, but their presence is there in the dishes (Chef and kitchen staff). Thanks for the experience.

A very nice and tastefully decorated restaurant where you can also have excellent and tasty food. Upscale category, which can certainly be recommended for a special occasion. The food was prepared with attention to detail and tasted wonderful.

A pleasant discovery. I highly recommend. It winks at starred restaurants (in fact, it is also recommended by the illustrious Michelin guide). Rustic but classy atmosphere, impeccable service, sophisticated and spectacular menu. Dishes prepared and served to perfection. Account appropriate to the quality of the raw materials and the inviting haute cuisine of each course. Wonderful view of the lake from the veranda and the panoramic garden. We will definitely be back.

While Ristorante Taverna Kus comes with high expectations, the experience was underwhelming, which was a shame considering the long uphill drive to get there. Despite the quirky ambiance and the well-dressed waiting staff, the service was lacking from start to finish. Even finding us a table, even though we had reserved one, seemed problematic. Then it took ages for staff to the offer us drinks and water and provide us with a menu. The flavours too didn’t quite live up to Michelin standards. The main courses of Amberjack and Char felt lacking in depth, and the service, though polite, was a bit slow for a restaurant of this calibre. For the price, I expected a more memorable and cohesive dining experience. It wasn't bad, but it didn't quite justify the Michelin reputation. In fact the best part was the dessert, “Under the tree”. A white chocolate semi-sphere, with vanilla mousse, tonka beans, soft biscuit, figs gelee, pear cream, caramel, raspberry and coffee ice cream.
