We had dinner at this very characteristic tavern, simple yet refined. The dishes were very refined, expertly prepared, and delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I was delighted to see these people so knowledgeable. When we return to Umbria, this will definitely be our first chance to savor these specialties.

Simply sublime! We are vegan. We had an extraordinary lunch and were greeted with exquisite kindness and warmth. All this in a place so beautiful it was unforgettable.

We had a hearty lunch on the terrace with a magnificent view of the valley and the mountains. The delicious menu prompted us to order antipasti, primi, and secundi, something we wouldn't normally order for lunch. We particularly enjoyed the crispy eggplant balls with the three delicious sauces, the caprese with gazpacho, the gnocchi with pea cream, and the chicken. The service was very attentive. A very nice place for a very nice lunch. THANK YOU

A place that creates culinary emotions and brings happiness to those who try it... Very good appetizers with local products, carefully composed and with the utmost attention to presentation. Authentic and expertly seasoned first courses, combining the simplicity of the raw ingredients with unexpected combinations. I had the opportunity to try the wild boar with caramelized onion (also homemade) and was blown away by its deliciousness... Probably the best wild boar in white wine I've ever eaten in a restaurant... Fantastic!!! The desserts are equally as delicious, completing an excellent gastronomic experience. The atmosphere is casual yet elegant, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of one of the many "pictures of Umbria" that can be enjoyed everywhere here! The wait staff is polite, knowledgeable, welcoming, and with an edge given their youth—well done! You're a great calling card for this place! The prices aren't cheap, but everything above justifies them... Photos below 😉

Locale elegante, ampio e con un terrazza meravigliosa. La cucina ricercata é presentata in maniera elegante e si basa su prodotti genuini e locali. Ottimi i primi come gli gnocchetti alla crema di piselli con pistacchi o i tortelli alla crema di formaggio con noci tostate e tartufo, sebbene quest'ultimo si sentisse pochissimo. La tagliata al lardo di colonnata è molto delicata e vale la pena assaggiarla. Prezzo assolutamente nella media. Tenete però presente che le porzioni dei primi non sono abbondanti.

Posto incantevole , terrazza panoramica molto accogliente con piante di fragoline selvatiche a disposizione ,garbata, dei clienti più esigenti! Ottimo cibo e presentazione accurata. Complimenti per il giovane e cordialissimo staff!

Ristorante le Casaline

17/09/2025: An elegant restaurant for families and couples' dinners. I celebrated our wedding anniversary here last Saturday with my husband and our groomsmen. The space could use a bit of a refresh; the decor is decidedly cluttered (and the heavy curtains are full of dust). On the other hand, the food is delicious! We were looked after by a staff who welcomed and pampered us from first to last bite, offering tastings whenever we were unsure (the menu offers a truly vast selection of local dishes with fine ingredients, from appetizers to dessert). The skill of the server, hand-slicing the prosciutto at the table without a stand, was uncommon: it was like watching a master play the violin. I really enjoyed the house appetizer, which wasn't on the menu, where we sampled all the chef's dishes (obviously with a less prized truffle than the individual dishes). The tortelli al Sagrantino were a delightful discovery, as was the lamb, cooked to perfection. To round things off, I tried the peaches with Chantilly cream... What can I say, I wasn't expecting such a generous portion! Lastly, the wine list, both regional and international, offers excellent options! We paid, with two bottles of wine, about €75 each, absolutely well spent for the experience. A heartfelt thank you for making the evening memorable!
15/09/2025: Everything was excellent, the food was excellent, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent, it's a place to return to often.
