29/11/2024: Local rustic refuge out of time at more than 1,000m above sea level. Large wood-burning fireplace that heats the entire room and where grilled meat is cooked with embers and focaccia bread is cooked for the tables. Friendly and helpful room attendant. Excellent house wine. Very good mixed starter, rich and plentiful. First: truffle ragu, really good and tasty. For the second course: an excellent mixed grilled roast. Abundant dishes and honest prices. The owner, with teary eyes, told us that it will close forever at the end of December due to the increase in rent and we were very sorry about this, because it is a place to be preserved and carried forward as it is unique and rare. I hope that the authorities do something to prevent the closure of such a particular attractive and tourist place, to which the owner and his wife have dedicated almost their entire lives. In the meantime I recommend everyone to try it and make it known, so as not to close it down.
