This place is for connoisseurs only. Completely off the noisy, hyper-Asian Piazza San Marco/Rialto circuit... In a quiet little square, a real tavern! White tablecloth, excellent service. Very good and tasty dishes. Good wine and a perfect atmosphere. 40 to 50 euros/pp. I loved it.

The food was very, very delicious. The pasta was made in-house. I shared a pizza and pasta with a friend, and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place for a treat. 😊 The waiter, Giovanni/Jhon, provided excellent, very friendly service.

Good pizza, although firstly we received a totally burnt one. After exchanging looks, in no time, we received a new one, which was perfect. I guess we should have tried homemade stuff - pasta and seafood - neighbours seemed delighted. Prices are fair.

Magnífico servicio, amabilidad, rapidez, atención.. cenamos dos personas un jueves de semana santa, no había mucha gente y el lugar es muy acogedor y tranquilo. Los platos típicos de pasta muy buenos..repetiremos cuando volvamos

26/08/2025: The best in Carpenedo! Il Cavallino's pizza is excellent, everyone knows (try the bruschettone!), but perhaps less well-known is the food, which is equally as good. The fried fish is perfect: light, crispy, and flavorful. Not to mention the "light" options for those who don't want pizza, like a light, potato-crusted sea bass, cooked to perfection.
23/07/2025: Lovely traditional style restaurant serving great pizza from a wood fired oven, great house wine, huge Milanese chop(snitzel style), decent value for money. Lots of local families dinning there so as soon as we sat down I knew it would be good.
