An evening with friends. She pampered us from start to finish with kindness, attention, and great professionalism. Since one of us is vegetarian, we were offered a fantastic vegan tasting menu: every course was carefully crafted, original, and truly delicious. It's rare to find people so attentive to their guests' needs and capable of making everyone feel at ease with a smile. My sincere compliments to Roberta and the entire staff; we'll definitely be back!!

My favorite place for an aperitif, dinner, or lunch...now with the garden opening, an enchanting setting that relaxes the eyes and mind...I love the plant-based cuisine that Chef Davide offers...always researching and offering authentic and tasty dishes...last but not least, the vegan panetto, with a delicious array of vegetables, I highly recommend it.

Lunch along the Lemene River in one of Portogruaro's most beautiful spots. Excellent food; the rib eye steak was delicious, and the mantis shrimp was spectacular. Roberta's service made us feel right at home.

One of the very few restaurants in the area to offer vegan options for every part of the menu (appetizers, first courses, and second courses). The dishes are delicious and carefully crafted, with balanced pairings and seasonal ingredients. The place is truly charming and welcoming, and the staff is friendly. I hope vegan dessert options arrive soon. In the meantime, a huge thank you for your dedication and all the options you've already included on the menu. I'll definitely be back, especially since I can't wait to enjoy the experience from the outdoor tables overlooking the Lemene.

Extremely friendly staff, carefully prepared and tasty dishes, both the burgers and the starters and main courses. I'll be back for the cocktails. The jazz evening was a blast.

Truly delicious, and the location is charming. I stopped here on my way back to Milan and had a wonderful beef tartare, a first course: potato gnocchi with duck and chestnut ragù, and a fabulous meringue for dessert. Water, bread, and cover charge were about €40. Very good, I'll be back.

02/06/2026: We had lunch on a quiet June 2nd. The place and food were truly exquisite. We had spaghetti with clams, truly delicious and plentiful, and the bread was delicious too. The staff were truly kind and helpful. At the end of the meal, we were even offered a truly delicious limoncello. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended.
01/06/2026: The pizza was good and we received it in a reasonably reasonable amount of time (40 minutes). The price was also reasonable (but be careful about drinks and cover charge, which are listed on the menu, but which make any The Fork discount unnecessary). However, we found ourselves in a rather bizarre situation. We were the first to enter the restaurant, but over the course of the evening we saw pizzas being served to all the tables that came in after us. When our pizza arrived (let alone the fact that the fries were few and cold compared to the next table), we pointed this out (very politely). Instead of an apology, we sensed, after a smile from the waiter, a certain hostility and overheard a few not-so-nice comments... basically, they almost made us feel like we were in the wrong. The next table even apologized because they were eating their pizza before us despite coming in after us (this was before we reported the situation). In short, an apology would have sufficed; they had obviously forgotten our order for some reason (reading other reviews, this is nothing new, though).

Ristorante Pizzeria La Taverna

03/05/2026: We had lunch here and were really pleased! The fried food was excellent, light and crispy, and really well done. We ate outside and it was lovely, and despite it being crowded, the service was excellent: fast, efficient, attentive, and very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, making you feel at ease. Recommended!
30/04/2026: The environment was very noisy and it was impossible to communicate, and when we went out the staff who met us didn't say hello to us.
