The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was excellent, made with top-quality ingredients. I arrived a little late, just before closing, but they still seated me. I've had takeout before, and the quality is always excellent. The indoor seating is very nice and comfortable. Keep up the good work! ♥️

You won't always find those specials; the cuisine is constantly evolving! It represents a precious anomaly in the Ferrara landscape. Where the tradition of traditional dining prevails, here the focus is on a synthesis of flavors and small portions, offering a sophisticated alternative in a traditionally static city. Il Chiosco is located in the pedestrianized green area next to the city's main street, very close to the castle, a lovely spot for a shady lunch after a visit to the historic center. Unique, tasty dishes. Where the culinary tradition of the Este family oscillates between endogenous evolution and openness to gastronomic syncretisms with distant cultures. The result? The product breaks away from traditional formats and embraces dynamic formats, from finger food to small portions, prioritizing immediate flavor and versatile servings. Keep it up!

Take It Easy is undoubtedly my favorite place in Ferrara. It's the ideal spot for both lunch and dinner, with a formula that combines the spirit of street food with the care and quality of real restaurant dishes. The preparation is always excellent, meticulously prepared, and never boring. I've been going there for years, and it's a sure thing. My absolute favorite dish is the cappellacci with ragù, which for me are simply the best in all of Ferrara (and I've tried so many around the city). The only flaw: there are only four on the plate, but they're so good it's easily forgiven. The rest of the menu is also excellent: from the pasticcio ferrarese to the many frequently changing options, a sign of a vibrant, attentive, and never repetitive cuisine. Anna, the owner, is always extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and she makes a difference in making you feel at home. It's a place I adore and where I always bring friends and acquaintances: the result is always the same; they're pleasantly surprised. A place I recommend without a doubt.

Restaurant-style dishes with a street food twist. I enjoyed excellent tortellacci with pumpkin ragù, then I had the delicious pasticcio ferrarese. The garden where the kiosk is located is a truly beautiful green corner with lots of flowers, ideal for a lunch break. There's a small, very welcoming glass-fronted dining room. The lady who served us was very kind; for us tourists, she explained the typical local specialties to us. Highly recommended.
