This spring, I visited this little kiosk with several friends, just steps from Ferrara's Estense Castle, and was pleasantly surprised. The kiosk is intimate, with limited seating, both indoors and outdoors. The setting features barrel-shaped wooden tables and somewhat spartan stools, giving you the feeling of eating street food.
The kiosk doesn't have a huge selection, but the food is exceptional. The pulled pork with potatoes, which literally melts in your mouth, is highly recommended.
Highly recommended for anyone passing through or just passing through; an experience not to be missed!

Some of the best street food we ever had. And also very innovative touch to Italian food. We all loved it. Sadly only on a drive through the area. Otherwise we would come again! Chips, croquettes, pumpkin Tortellini and pulled pork,... Amazing!

I went there with my boyfriend today. We wanted to do something different from the usual "lunch out," and while searching, we found Take Eat Easy. Delicious food, a perfect location for hot weather because it's under large trees, and friendly, fast service. We were really happy.
