The staff was very welcoming and were very attentive. They brought us a complimentary amuse-bouche of gently cooked fresh tomato topped with grated cheese. Our mains arrived quickly there after and were hot and delicious. Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection! If you’re in Antella or the area we highly recommend Stacia Buratta Osteria.

A few minutes' drive from Florence we find this excellent modern trattoria, decorated in an original way. A small, pleasantly welcoming internal room and a covered terrace with several tables. Reservation recommended. Courteous and quick service. Classic Tuscan menu with some revisited dishes; the tomato soup and the pici with ragù are excellent. Excellent quality raw materials. Good desserts. The wine list is original, with some organic, orange and amphora wines. Average prices.

We stumbled on this restaurant by accident but what a lucky accident it was. The food was amazing - very local but with a twist - and absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Arianna, was delightful. We loved it so much that we’re planning a second dinner there tomorrow night - there were so many dishes we wanted to try. If you’re in Tuscany, you should give Osteria Stacia Buratta a try.

We went to this restaurant by mistake but what a lucky mistake it was. The food is absolutely fabulous and our waitress, Adriana, was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t recommend it enough - in fact, we’re going back tomorrow night because there were so many things we wanted to try. Local food and flavors but elevated. If you can fit it in to your stay in Tuscany, you absolutely should.

Abbiamo mangiato una sera di agosto 2024, tutto eccezionale.
Abbiamo preso i coccoli con prosciutto crudo e stracchino che consigliamo assolutamente!!
Il caprino al forno con cipolla e miele è d’obbligo assaggiarlo perché è spaziale.
Ottimi anche i ravioloni.

5 stelle anche al personale, la cameriera che ci ha servito è stata molto simpatica e ci ha accompagnato e saputo consigliare durante la cena
