Our stay was simply magical. This is a place that appeals to both aesthetics, senses and soul - without a hint of glitter kitsch or artificial luxury. Everything here is genuine, warm and well thought out. The hotel - an aesthetic masterpiece The buildings are located like a quiet monastery above the vineyards, an architectural ensemble where history is embedded in the walls and tranquility spreads like a soft blanket over everything. The rooms and common areas are done to the last detail: modern, but with respect for the original character of the place. Soft light, solid materials, large windows and an aesthetic that invites you to breathe deeper. Everything appears harmonious and curated, without being forced. The outdoor areas - especially the large, open courtyard - are pure contemplation space. A place where you immediately feel your shoulders sink. SPA Arborea – a world-class sensory space The SPA is a revelation. Here, there is no attempt to impress – there is an attempt to provide peace, and they succeed without compromise. The pool room with vaulted ceilings, soft lighting and warm materials is like bathing in a cathedral. Steam room, sauna, heated benches, meditative quiet rooms and a beautiful relaxation area create a unity that is rare. Restaurant Godezia - Piedmont at its best Here you get quality, finesse and generosity at a price that almost feels too good. The menu is a tribute to local ingredients without being heavy or traditional. There is a lightness in the expression, a precision in the flavors and a professionalism in the service that is rarely combined. The breakfast is a chapter in itself: sumptuous, beautiful and laid out like a breakfast work of art under a canopy of leaves and light bulbs. The atmosphere in the room gives the feeling of sitting in a winter garden at a friend's house who also happens to be a gourmet chef. Recommended without reservation.

This weekend I visited Cascina Spinerola, and I'd say it's an enchanting place. The owner and all her staff are so friendly. The cuisine deserves all five stars; the service and food are very good and attentive. Downstairs there's a magnificent, stunning spa. Very romantic and peaceful, the rooms are beautiful, including the suite. Thank you for your kindness, we'll be back soon.

I stayed at this property for an afternoon at the spa. What can I say? It was immaculately maintained and incredibly relaxing. Truly a gem! The outdoor pool (not heated, but even today, with the overcast sky, it was lovely) has a spectacular view of the Monferrato hills. End the day with a lovely aperitif in the garden. Everything was perfect!

In general it is a nice hotel with a great restaurant. But there is still room for improvement. The location is a bit off from the hotspots but super quiet with a nice view, garden and architecture. The pool area is nice but one can tell that the adjacent rooms are to be modernized when compared to the stylish hotel and restaurant itself. The wine list is impressive and you should have ld definitely try their own wines. We grabbed a few for our collection at home. The staff is nice, the service super attentive and welcoming. They try to fix everything thar might arise. We stayed a week and enjoyed it a lot. It is also a great place for trips to Asti, Novara, Torino and more. The restaurant has a great quality of products and is super nice interior-wise. The rooms are a bit small, but they have almost everything you need. But there are a few things that we missed or did not like that much. For starters, they had shampoo etc. but no conditioner. That would be an easy win. The air conditioning is a bit weird as you cannot really get below 21 degrees celcius and it seemed to reset to some sort of default settings. This lead to a rather warm climate. Moreover, our air conditioning was pointed towards the bed so we felt the air all the time in bed. Not the ideal setup in my opinion. Another thing we noticed was that the pillows were not ideal. You could put two on top of each other, which would make them to high or only use one which was too low. I know that this is personal preference, but compared to other hotel beds this felt like a miss. On thing we noticed rather late was that our mosquito net at the window was broken at the bottom, which caused an influx of insects unfortunately. And our shower glass wall had a little defect - probably some guest smashed it against a wall or shower hose as the handling requires a bit of "training". The gym is also nice even though finding it wasn't that obvious - maybe set up some signage? And a desinfactant spray or tissue was missing plus a proper indoor bike. The bar has a lot of potential, which I hope the owners see and will lake use of soon. The Internet needs some improvement, but it was working most of the time. The spa is small but nice, but I can imagine that in bad weather or winter the space light be too small for all hotel guest plus day spa guests. But we enjoyed the stay, the warmth and professionalism and if we ever come. Back to the region we will for sure drop in and say hi.

We stayed one night at Cascina Spinerola Charme & Relax and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is picturesque, nestled in the Monferrato countryside, and the Arborea spa is well-maintained, offering a comprehensive program that offers moments of true relaxation. Clean rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The only thing that left us perplexed was the type of eggs at the breakfast buffet: they were Category 3. This means they come from intensive farms, where the hens live in cramped quarters, without access to the outdoors, in unsustainable conditions, and of inferior quality. For a property so committed to well-being and attention to detail, it would be desirable to offer higher-quality eggs, sourced from more respectful farms and not the worst ones available on the market. Overall, it was a very positive stay, and with this small adjustment, it could easily become a full 5 stars.
