Spinechile is a lovely Michelin star restaurant hidden in the woods just above Thiene. It was taken over from an old barn and in fact the original structure has been maintained. Inside the atmosphere is very elegant, intimate and at the same time relaxed. In the main room, there are 4 large round tables overlooking the valley below. During our lunch, we were lulled and transported by the waitress to taste the 8-course Alchimie tasting menu. For us it was a truly unique experience and one that we recommend trying at least once.

Incredible place, truly enchanting. The dishes, one better and more beautiful than the other. The dessert was fabulous, and the final herbal tea (supplement to the menu) was very welcome to enjoy a few more minutes of lunch. Wow wow and wow, highly recommended. Absolutely worth returning!

Wonderful experience. Each dish is a wonderful journey in which the flavors accompany the diner both in distant places and in the time of his native home. Everything is incredibly measured and perfect. Warm and welcoming environment, impeccable and never over the top service, on the contrary, you feel guided along the way by highly trained staff who never lack courtesy, thoughtfulness and delicacy. The kitchen, what can I say? Truly incredible. Even in the face of my initial shyness about some ingredients of some dishes, it put me in the position of feeling completely silly because it was ALWAYS balanced, harmonious, complete, perfect. Tonight I fell in love with jelly gentlemen and I would never have said it in my life. I recommend such an experience to anyone. A high-level lunch for a special occasion. The Alchimie tasting menu surprised us with every course enjoyed from a breathtaking position over the valley, which literally hypnotized us. The service was impeccable and welcoming, you can sense the passion in presenting and accompanying dishes and drinks. We will definitely be back, you can't be satisfied with just one time in this spectacular restaurant.

Breathtaking location, super nice environment, spectacular view and friendly staff. Very rich and interesting wine list. I can't say I had a great journey of flavors. In the 6-course course, many ingredients were repeated, many sauces were reworked but starting from the same ingredient. So we find several times a potato, several times peas, several times porcini mushrooms and sauces that cover the true taste of other ingredients that were there but unfortunately could not be felt... In short, I expected more imagination and knowledge of the plant world from a starred restaurant. Maybe I'm better at cooking meat, I don't rule it out! I don't think I'll go back but overall I still had a good experience!

Very valid experience, particular and spot-on preparations, only the consommé I found a little too salty. Very rustic room with a window wall overlooking a beautiful and profound landscape. While pouring the wine and water I saw a lot jumping out of the glass due to a bit of haste in pouring, otherwise the waiters are trained and professional. You can get there via a short stretch of dirt road, but don't worry, there is space, once you reach their gate you simply need to ring the bell and they will open it for you.
