Speedy In Bedonia

Given that this is a particular historical period, just as the seasonal period we are going through is particular, I don't expect to find nightlife and varied offers when I visit and experience certain places at certain times of the year. In short, my partner and I are going to Bedonia, we were staying in the B&B Costalta in Compiano and we chose Speedy among the different options. This review could last too long so to make it short and express what I felt for you, I can say that the pizza product is excellent. Very fresh and youthful place but at the same time not at all brazen or obvious. Friendly and friendly staff, therefore very good service. I spilled an entire glass of Coca Cola, well in a minute and a half the cover charge for both of us had been changed. I had the pleasure of chatting at the end of dinner with Gabriele, the owner, he was super kind, curious and I am sure that all the work he did together with Lara, his partner, is the fruit of their love, just as the choices made are for the decor of the restaurant and for the ingredients for its preparations! If we returned to the area, I would choose them again... Super fair value for money

I confirm that the wait for the pizza was "Speedy"! 😍 really good pizza, low and crunchy! Nice new and well-kept place in the center of Bedonia!

We are vegan, we asked for something off the menu (truffle gnocchi, to be prepared without animal derivatives) because there was nothing vegan other than the usual marinara. The chef joined us at the table to ask for clarification on the ingredients and did not make us think about the unusual request. In 10 minutes he served us an excellent plate of vegan truffle gnocchi! I found the chef's attitude very professional and welcoming, as he did not get upset by the request and proved capable of listening and improvising. We will happily return when we are in the area!
