All really delicious! I ate pappardelle with Chianina ragout as a first course and well-cooked smooth sliced ​​beef as a second course... truly delicious. The location is beautiful and welcoming, the staff very professional and polite. I would happily go back if I wasn't from Bologna!

Good evening, I was very satisfied with my dinner. Fresh and quality ingredients, personally I feel a lot when they are scruffy foods here I arrived home with a full stomach and no pain.

27/07/2024: I didn't stop for lunch, but from the multitude of people at the table I deduce that the place is valid. High quality products spoiled for choice. Very friendly and helpful staff 27 July 24 lunch with excellent cured meats, cheeses and hot focaccia
25/07/2024: Bontà ovunque... siamo andati apposta per comprare del culatello e affini, da portare a casa e naturalmente ci siamo fermati per pranzo! Salumi ottimi, super ottimi i tortelli alle erbette conditi, senza economia, con burro e parmigiano. Servizio ottimo e gentile come anche nel banco degli acquisti. Super consigliato!!!

24/08/2024: Excellent local cuisine, high quality cured meats and parmesan, large and very pleasant room. Efficient and kind staff ready for informative dialogue.
23/08/2024: Everything was amazing. Seriously. Got into town and thought “lemme eat this hotel food and go to bed the I’ll go get a real Parma meal tomorrow.” Well, this was amazing and wonderful all around. Stay at this hotel and eat their food. Can’t wait for tomorrow now!
