Attentive and kind staff. The environment is professional and warm at the same time, you can perceive the passion and values ​​transmitted by the Academy. We were welcomed and accompanied by Francesco during dinner, who with great professionalism welcomed our requests and explained the dishes if necessary. A special commendation to Fabio, who confirmed to us the style and elegance of a good host, the same vocation for attention to customers that Niko and Cristiana have.

Un piccolo viaggio culinario dove le proposte possono sorprendere per la preparazione e l’idea. I piatti sono preparati da studenti di una scuola professionale guidati da due chef acclamati. Il luogo è suggestivo e il cibo un esperienza speciale da provare. Complimenti!

Young, attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable staff. Welcoming venue We enjoyed 2 tasting appetizers divided into four, we shared two first courses and two second courses as the portions allowed. 26/04/2025: A fixed stop every time we are in Casamaina: Pasqualina never disappoints! Family atmosphere and genuine dishes. The only small flaw? The menu is a bit repetitive... but when the flavors are this good, you always come back willingly!
23/02/2025: the appetizer was excellent, even with the entrée crouton, while the kebabs were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, the service was very slow, the waiters didn't give importance to the requests and to add nasty looks... as if they were "bothering"... oh well
