In a distinct and welcoming environment, the restaurant offers a good quantity of first courses, even off-menu. The second courses offered are tasty and unusual. The trifle is very good. Reservation is recommended, but not necessary. This is a significant fact for those who might decide to stop out for dinner without having planned well in advance.

Locale storico di Reggio Emilia, luogo di incontro fisso da generazioni per i giovani reggiani. Non si trovano i soliti piatti tipici reggiani ma per un ottimo piatto di pasta fatta in casa e una serata tra amici è il luogo perfetto dove passare una bella serata. Non adatto a chi ha fretta e a chi vuole una serata tranquilla.

La Prima recensione che ho letto mi ha lasciato titubante. Iniziava con "esperienza pessima"!! Che fare? Ma sì dai un piatto di pasta lo sanno fare tutti, entro e.... piacevole sorpresa! Locale particolare e molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo e soprattutto buon cibo! Consigliatissimo

04/09/2023: As soon as you open the door the smell of bread assaults you with all its fragrances!! Wonderful 🤩 bread, pizza, herbs etc. All good! The owners are very kind, always courteous and smiling. Well done 👏🏻

23/03/2024: Delicious Barzigole, the owner is a passionate person with exquisite manners. I recommend it to everyone for the quality, freshness of the food and truly perfect prices in the center of Reggio Emilia.
10/02/2024: Choice on the internet based on reviews on the quality/price ratio. Right in the centre, simple and clean interiors, menu with around ten options, all freshly cooked. We tried the platter with tigelle, green tortelli, radicchio and a slice of tenerina. the rating would have been 5 instead of 4 only because there were no cheese samples in the first one (which I love). Courteous service. Absolutely recommended for a meal with local foods, well prepared, without frills around.
