There's a big difference in service between locals and tourists. They brought everything we ordered quickly, but the Aperol was weak.

Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. Excellent, personalized service. If you're looking for pizza or pasta, this is the place. Great conversation and excellent service from both the staff and the owner.

The pizza was unfortunately not very good. The dough was very hard, thin, and sparsely topped. Not convincing for an Italian restaurant that calls itself a pizzeria and has been around since 1985.

A very welcoming place, the people are lovely, and Adriana even more so. The food is superb and succulent. It's a fantastic place in every way: service, food, and hygiene: 10/10.

It's the best spaghetti restaurant in Rome, from appetizers to first courses, from main courses to pizzas, including desserts, there's nothing not worth trying. The variety of the menu and the quality of the food are testament to this, with excellent and courteous chefs and waiters, and fast, express service. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

14/09/2025: Excellent pizza by the slice. Fast and professional service. The only downside is that there aren't many tables, even outside, set up on the sidewalk, so you'll be eating while pedestrians pass by.

11/12/2025: Excellent food, staff available to answer any questions, and a restaurant furnished with a touch of class and beauty that's hard to find elsewhere.... Simone, the chef, is an artist; everything he prepares is a culinary work of art. The waiters are always kind and helpful. If you want to have lunch or dinner at Varesino in Rome, you have to go and then return. When you put so much passion into everything you do, the results are tangible.... This is what I feel every time I go to Varesino.
15/10/2025: Excellent food and service, the fish and parmigiana are special!!! A sincere and loving experience: Highly recommended!!!
