Recommended by a friend, we went for Sunday lunch, in uncertain weather. We realized there were only outdoor tables, but we hoped for good luck and sat down in a slightly sheltered spot, with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Soon the sun came out, bringing a clear blue sky. We were also lucky with the food: truly delicious, well-seasoned, and plentiful (not nouvelle cuisine), with creamy scampi rice being excellent. Excellent wine, quick and very friendly service, no frills but definitely excellent. After dinner, we strolled along the beach. Thank you, you really made it a lovely Sunday.

My partner and I went for lunch on Saturday, with a reservation. It was a fabulous day! The atmosphere is very nice, welcoming, intimate, and well-kept. The food is good; much of the fish on the menu is frozen, and that's clearly stated on the menu. The appetizer was good, although the price is perhaps too high (€40 for two, most of it frozen... in other restaurants in Ostia, for €10 more, you can get raw fish, and above all, fresh and plentiful). The first courses were very good, but the fried fish was perhaps a little too soft, not very crispy. I would have liked to give it 4 stars, but both my partner and I weren't feeling very well after this lunch; we had stomach aches, and you can imagine the rest. I don't think we'll return, but it was an experience!

We had dinner at this beach restaurant with friends, and it was quite enjoyable. Some dishes were really tasty, others lacked a bit of salt, but the price reflected what we ate. The fried foods were excellent. The service was very friendly and welcoming.

I had dinner with my family and, as always, it was a great experience. We come here often: the tonnarello allo scoglio is exceptional, the fish is fresh, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I often recommend it to my friends, and I'll be happy to return.

I went for dinner for a birthday and it was a pleasant surprise. A lovely location with a sea view and excellent food. Truly delicious first courses; I highly recommend the chef's tonnarello allo scoglio and the spaghetti with clams.

12/09/2025: We arrived in Corniglia at 12:15, hoping to grab lunch right away at this restaurant, which doesn't take reservations. Unfortunately, it was closed. The door had a 10:00 AM opening time, but here it said 12:00 PM, but in reality, they didn't open until 1:30 PM. The restaurant is located along an alley, but has a few tables in a small square just ahead, overlooking the panoramic terrace. This arrangement means the staff isn't always present: often, the waiter comes back into the restaurant, and for ten or twenty minutes, no one is around the tables. We ordered a Tommy focaccia, a bruschetta with anchovies, a bruschetta with pesto, and two glasses of wine. The focaccia was well-filled, but the dough didn't entirely convince us; on the other hand, the bruschetta was really good. Overall, we had a good time, but we expected something more. One slightly annoying aspect is that, while eating, some tourists—finding the entrance open—walk between the tables to take photos of the view, somewhat disrupting the tranquility of the moment. I believe this place has great potential and, if better developed, could truly become one of the best views in Corniglia. Even though you can't see the sea from your seat (due to the low wall), the atmosphere is charming. Perhaps the idea of ​​placing a few high stools along the wall could be considered, offering the option of eating directly overlooking the sea.
