Soul Kitchen In Vercelli

I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps while looking for a place to have dinner. I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good.. However, I expected more from the dish I chose.

We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

Ho conosciuto questo locale durante il lockdown, per delivery di hamburger, che ho adorato. Negli anni hanno implementato il menù, con proposte che cambiano frequentemente rispettando la stagionalità degli ingredienti, mantenendo sempre l’alta qualità dei piatti. È un ambiente conviviale, amichevole, dove ci si sente a casa tra amici. Organizzano spesso serate a tema dedicate a diverse cucine regionali ed internazionali. Viaggio tanto per lavoro, ed ogni volta che ordino un hamburger, finisco sempre per pensare: “però non è come quello della Vale!” Gnam

Beautiful cosy place for a quiet dinner with delicious vegan food.

Absolutely lovely people that care to give you a great time. Menu varies each day priced between 10-15 Euro per plate. Dishes are - again absolutely - delicious and resemble colourful paintings / pieces of art. Am I exaggerating? No. Thanks all at Soul Kitchen!
