Debo confesar que estoy un poco desconcertado por las calificaciones más bajas. Al principio, navegar por el menú resultó un poco complicado, ya que no estaba claro de inmediato. Si bien ésta podría ser un área de posible mejora, la comida en sí era verdaderamente excepcional. Probamos la pasta con mariscos, que, a pesar de su apariencia modesta, era increíblemente sabrosa y se destaca como una de las mejores pastas con mariscos que he tenido el placer de probar. Además, la lubina al horno, en porciones generosas, estaba cocinada a la perfección absoluta. Dada la calidad de los platos principales, nos sentimos obligados a disfrutar del postre, y la creación de sorbete o helado de naranja fue simplemente fenomenal. Los platos aquí parecen engañosamente simples, pero son innegablemente deliciosos.

Pochi piatti e pescato davvero freschissimo per un locale minimalista dove nulla è in eccesso. I prezzi, specie per Ancona, sono alti, ma giustificati appieno dalla qualità della materia prima. Uno dei camerieri genitilissimo e preparato, un'altra ancora inesperta (ma tutti dobbiamo imparare) e una location essenziale. I tempi di servizio adeguati. Consigliato per chi apprezza una cucina di mare semplice ma ineccepibile.

22/09/2025: The quality of the food served and the price are unbalanced, even though it's located near Sirolo's most beautiful square and you expect to pay for the beauty of the location. Overall, this restaurant should reconsider its customer service and overall service. The tables are so tightly packed that it's difficult to sit down. The food isn't up to par with the asking price. The tagliata nerviosa was difficult to chew and quickly cooled, making it even more difficult to eat. The fritto misto was in small quantities. The good wine was very expensive by the glass. I would suggest explaining to customers that the wine served, although made from a typical Piedmontese grape, is actually grown in the Marche region. Many customers have been annoyed by the service, having asked for a local wine and thinking they were served a wine from another region. I repeat, the problem isn't the price, but the relationship with the quality of the food served.
