Pesciaioli is always a guarantee. Excellent pappardelle, exceptional pizza cooked under the fire. Very kind and helpful staff.

A very positive experience. I recommend trying both their signature dish, "la pizza sotto Lu focu," and their truffle. Fast service, a simple atmosphere, and a location in a small, well-preserved medieval village.

Durante una gita in Umbria abbiamo scoperto per caso il ristorante Sorelle Pesciaioli a Portaria. Un luogo semplice ma curato, dove si respira subito un’atmosfera calda. Il menù propone piatti della tradizione Umbria preparati con ingredienti di stagione e tanta passione. Da prendere assolutamente la carne alla brace e la pizza sotto il fuoco. Un piccolo gioiello che vale assolutamente la pena provare.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al Ristorante Sorelle Pesciaioli, situato a Portaria, in Umbria, e ne sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. Pizza sotto il fuoco assolutamente da provare!

14/09/2025: Having to find a pizzeria halfway to meet up with my parents, I relied on reviews, and I have to say I wasn't wrong. A unique location, a very kind owner, and not to mention the waitress, but what can I say about the pizza? I usually never eat it because if it doesn't rise well, I feel sick all night. Instead, this pizza was light, easy to digest, and simply fantastic. And don't forget to try the desserts, they're amazing.
12/09/2025: I repeat, in Terni, for me, this is the absolute best pizzeria. The selection of ingredients is never mediocre; you can immediately sense the careful selection of the highest-quality ingredients. The panuozzi, too... are truly first-rate, filled to perfection 😁 The dough is a masterpiece, perfectly hydrated, with a long and well-managed leavening process, resulting in a light and easily digestible result. A true gem, for those looking for something different from the usual pizza...

The staff is always courteous and helpful, and the owner is kind and attentive to customers. The place is clean and welcoming. A wide variety of flavors. Every visit is a pleasure.
