Gourmet pizzas with a drizzle of mozzarella, almost no quality and not a fair price, there is much, much better

Ci siamo stati ieri sera, su invito di un nostro amico andriese. Siamo in 7 a due passi da Piazza Catuma, in una serata di musica in piazza (tappa di Battiti live), in un ambiente molto elegante che profumava di antico e con un servizio attento e puntuale. Pizze di cui è complicato ricordare il nome, ma di fattura eccellente. La mia con salsiccia di Norcia, funghi e pomodorini freschi, da leccarsi i baffi, mentre gli altri commensali hanno optato per tipologie diverse. Bevande (acqua, birre, liquori) e buoni dolci, con prezzi in linea con la buona offerta. 4 pallini/stelline su TA e non 5, perché mi riservo sempre una controprova, che assegnerò, sicuramente, la prossima volta, se riscontrerò lo stesso trattamento di ieri sera.

One of the best pizzeria experiences I've ever had! The pizzas are simply fantastic, with an intense and unforgettable flavour, unlike anything I have tried before. Every bite is an explosion of taste, certainly thanks to the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of the pizza chef. The selection of beers is carefully curated, with proposals that blend perfectly with the flavors of the cuisine. The appetizers? Of the highest level, refined but at the same time genuine. The staff is welcoming, friendly and super professional: they really make you feel at home. The final touch is the lit fireplace which warms the room and makes everything even more familiar and welcoming. A place that remains in your heart. Super recommended!

Soip Amaur, a certainty in Andria which unfortunately disappointed us a little. Location taken care of but not in detail. If the table assigned to you is near the doors, unfortunately you will have to suffer from drafts and it is not possible to dine with your coat. The ventilation system should be reviewed considering that the smell of burnt wood remains. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, welcoming and proactive. The quality of the starter is high. We chose the buffalo with raw ham, mortadella and caramelized onion and it was all delicious. Too bad we can't say the same about the pizzas. The dough is good, soft and well leavened. I wouldn't recommend choosing some of the gourmet ones because the combination of ingredients doesn't enhance the flavours, you almost can't recognize the individual ingredients. The quality of the tomato has perhaps changed compared to the beginning, much better in the first years, now we (3/3 people) had difficulty in digestion, tomato too acidic. The beverage offering is excellent. So, Soip Amaur: good but not very good.

The food is delicious! This place offers traditional, authentic dishes! Prices are honest and service is quick!

A welcoming, peaceful place. Wood-fired oven with the pizza chef who is a master. Excellent draft beers. Gourmet starters, first and second courses. Good choice of wines, local and otherwise. I always come back with pleasure. Also for takeaway.

Locale che si presenta da subito bello ed accogliente (il camino acceso in una serata in cui non faceva freddo fa capire il livello di attenzione ai dettagli a beneficio della clientela). Il personale non è improvvisato e si capisce che è adeguatamente formato, tutti sanno cosa fare e sono cortesi e professionali. La pizza poi ? Un vero spettacolo! Super leggera, sottile ma con bordo alto, dal sapore eccellente e digerita in 15 minuti!!! La migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Da sola vale il viaggio ad Andria !!!
