Delicious pizza, their gricia is SPECTACULAR, it's the second time in two weeks that I've come to Andria to eat it (I'm from Altamura), the prices are proportionate to the quality (top), the location is really beautiful and warm, the staff is really fast, kind and available for every request, their baked potatoes are EXCELLENT, the only advice I would feel like giving is to spice up the homemade mayonnaise a little more, I hope to return soon, for now it's the best pizza I've ever eaten 💙

I've been going there for years. Fantastic pizzas and a wide selection of beers.
But Soip Amaur also offers appetizers, meat-based first courses, and traditional second courses, but with constant innovation. The wine list is extensive.

A well-kept and welcoming restaurant in the heart of Andria, with beautifully presented dishes and quality ingredients. Friendly and attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent for a relaxed dinner with friends or as a couple. A few details could be improved, but overall a very positive experience.

I've known this place for a while, and I've always heard good things about it. I finally got to try it, but it wasn't what I expected.
I don't question the quality of the ingredients, but I didn't find much variety in either the appetizers or the pizzas.
The platter only had four cured meats, and the buffalo mozzarella platter only had porchetta, and an excessive amount.
I didn't find the pizzas exceptional; I expected the dough to be much better, as well as the combination of ingredients. I'm very disappointed, especially because I've always heard good things about it.
The service, however, was always quick, helpful, and very friendly.

Pizzas with divine dough, light and easy to digest. A very kind man explains everything well. The fish dishes are also delicious! Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is lively and the interior is very pleasant; we dined outside. One of the best pizzas in recent memory!

Soip Amaur isn't your average pizzeria: in addition to excellent pizzas, it offers original and carefully prepared dishes. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, with friendly service that immediately puts you at ease.
